Billing information subwindow in control panel popup NOT SHOWING UP

The control panel shows up but cannot change to billing information to update information, the site s home page appears instead. I can still access my personal pages, though I had been logged in for a few days without loging out.

Sounds like you need to send a message to Customer Support.
