Black squares Poppin up

In any video i watch, black squares start to pop up. Almost always in dark scenes but normal in any scene. It makes the video unwatchable.

I tried chrome and ie. No luck.

Whats wrong??

Me and a few other people have the EXACT same problem. I in fact made a topic abput it already, but it as misteriously locked. So Im bumping this to the front page for some anwsers.
