Yeah this new glitch has affected me too, I'm still at level 17: 89% which is the same as what I had yesterday, and yesterday I know I've read forum threads and made some posts which helps increase the level % bar for the next day.
Hmm, come to think about it....I got a bit of boost a couple of days ago yet strangely since yesterday I noticed I've been stuck on 99% (a whopping 100% on forum page). I KNOW it doesn't/shouldn't take that long to roll over to the next level. I was expecting to be at 29 today, but I'm not.
The 19th and 20th seemed to be fairly ordinary days and are included for that reason. On the 21st there was an extra bump up - roughly 2 days worth on top of a normal daily increase. (Thanks - not sure what it was for yet.) Note that the percentages differ between the profile progress bar and "everywhere else" on the 19th and 21st, and that when they do, the profile progress bar percentage is lower by 1%. That's what I've seen as the "normal" discrepancy that occurs fairly often; I've always attributed this to a plausible truncating vs rounding difference in the way the calculations were being done. In any case, when these percentages differ, the profile progress bar percentage has always been lower. Except, that is, on the 22nd, where for the first time I am aware of, it went the other way around. Note also that the "everywhere else" percentage stayed the same from the 21st to the 22nd. Then on the 23rd the profile progress bar percentage stayed the same, but the "everywhere else" percentage increased, possibly restoring the usual relationship somewhat. The extra bump on the 21st may have been intentional and might have proceeded "normally". I guess I'd like to think so, anyway, even though I'm not sure exactly which activity it might have been related to. The cycles going from the 21st to 22nd and from the 22nd to 23rd do seem anomalous, at least in my records, but even so the net impact does not seem to be that large, at least at this point. The update for the 24th should be out soon, so I'll take a look at that. Edit: As others have also observed, there was no change on the 24th-28th. I'll continue to update my records above for a while, but I'm concluding that at least for the moment the leveler is down.
My level didn't increase again after this morning. I should be increasing by about 3% as I should be since I watched a quite a bit of videos and read some articles on here. I think the glitch has to do with those who got a profile boost from Synthia.
Yeah I didn't didn't get my percentage for 23rd, or today being 24th so I've been at 60 percent for two days now. I didn't think of it after the first day but being two I think it is a problem. So another glitch?

Actually I believe you're right. I noticed that during a certain period of time at night, if one tries to rate a game, either a new rating or a changed one, the rating goes through but it doesn't visually update till later on.
I have noticed it happen in the past the my percentage will stick for a couple days but then the level moves up to where it should be. so I don't worry when I see the same number for an extra day
Same here. I haven't levelled up in 2-3 days. I wouldn't had noticed it if people wouldn't had pointed out to me :lol: Emblems disappearing, profiles not levelling, forums posts bonking, HTML still messing as usual.........this site is getting more and more glitched than before :P

I've noticed this issue for at least the last four days. Both the bar in my profile, as well as everywhere else hasn't changed for last our days, I believe. The leveler is quite sketchy in nature, but that many days in a row does seem quite abnormal.
glad to see so many people posting! just wish someone on the staff would grace us with their presence and tell us something/anything about what is going on. Can't say I'm surprised by the silence, just disappointed.
