Can't delete games from tracking/wish list(Not related to Raptr)-FIXED

Yep, same prob here. Can add games but cant delete. Not that Im saying anything new though xD

When I click my Games List section, there is a (1) beside my Tracked Games. When I click Tracker Games, nothing is there. Click here to see the problem.

If that is the case people are never allowed to mention a problem because we should just be patient and always wait it out because there might or might not be a bigger problem that they are working on? This is a forum, people come on this one to mention a problem because that is what it is for right? It might not be serious in your eyes but maybe to others it is, just as i am sure you have problems that you think are serious and others think aren't. So i say let people mention it in here. I know for one that it makes me feel better to at least have mentioned it than just sit here waiting. It is good to read that it is a common problem and i am not the only one having it. Having said that of course i will wait patiently, not much else we can do. lol But it is still an annoying problem, to me at least. =)

But we dont know that it is known because we cant read that anywhere, that is why i said it would be nice if Gamespot would have a page where they post quick messages what they are working on or that a problem has their attention. If they have that, users at least are in the known that problems are being worked on. Even if you can assume they are working on this problem, it is still nice to read it for a fact. =)

I don't have Fuse, never got it. I'm running FireFox, have done the clear cookies ,ect .I don't have Raptor either .

I tryed "veiw page source" and "view page info" and blank page is all thats there.

Also, when I bought MotorStorm for PSP, when I try to delete it from my wish list, or addit to my collection,it turns white screen.

Having the same problem. Get a blank page at http://www.gamespot.com/pages/profile/edit_collection.php after I hit the Save Changes button. It's happening in both Forefox and IE. Been going on for over a week. Why is it so difficult to fix it??? Give me the stinking source to that php code and I'll fix it myself for god's sake!

I'm having the same problem. I just tried movingLe Chuck's Revenge Special Edition from tracked games to wishlist. It brought me to a blank page stating that the url is invalid. I'm using Opera 10.5

Wow I just came to the forums to complain about this but I see I'm not the only one who's having problems with Game List.

I tried Deleting my Games from the 'Now Playing' List, But nothing happened. Then I tried to move it to any other catogery (Followed Games, Collection etc.) Still nothing happened. The Only result come is:- HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

It never happened before but something went wrong. I hope they'll look into this issue. It's totally annoying.

Same problem. I get a blank screen from Chrome when editing the collection - tired of getting emails every morning.

When some people get a blank page and others get a 500 response this usually just means PHP is crashing somewhere - so they should be able to track this down soon - though it's been like this for awhile now. So maybe Monday morning/afternoon when the webdev gets in :-)

Did I mention I hate PHP.

Ah, so I'm not the only one having this problem. I thought it was Fuse at first, but judging by what I've seen here that's clearly not the case.

Have been getting this for ages now. I am using IE and don't have the Fuse thing. I want to remove APB from my Tracked Games, but currenlty just keep getting a 500 error. Please fix this ASAP... ;)

Same problem here, no fuse/raptr & using firefox. Same problem with IE. I can only add games to a list by the pop-up on the games page itself - no moving / copying or deleting is possible from any of my lists.

A large problem for me, since I buy ~10 games a week (2nd hand...) and use gamespot to keep track of it all...

I'm having the same problem but I've managed to make it worse. I couldn't delete any items from my wish list so I started hitting my computer with a hammer hoping it would fix the problem. My computer stopped working. How unfair.

I'm also having this problem - I'm trying to remove some silly Raving Rabbids game from my tracking list with no joy. I only started using this site about a week ago and one of the things that has kept me coming back is the ability to make your own game collections, wish-lists etc. Can the mods/staff appreciate that this problem which has taken a long time to fix (with no apparent success yet) is reflecting a little bit badly on the site for a new user such as myself? It could make one think "Well, if this takes so long to fix, what else could go wrong? Does anyone even care about the users?" etc. Not that I do think that personally, but some people could...

I know it's no big deal and worse things happen at sea and all that, but I'm slightly somewhere on the range of Autistic Spectrum Disorders and this is driving me mad!! :lol: My need for perfection is outraged by this calamity! How difficult is it to fix a bit of PHP? (Honestly, this is not a sarcastic question - I genuinely don't know.) I appreciate that this is a more "complicated" site than somewhere like gamefaqs which is very plain and bare-bones, but it shouldn't take so long to fix this, should it?

Same problem. Firefox and Chrome gives only blank page when I'm trying to delete a game from list. Can you guys kill the bug? Or do we need marine corps do the dirty job? (naa just joking, but it's really annoying little beastie). Thanks.

It even accidently added wishlist games to my collection. I do NOT have that many games. Not what its displaying.

I'm just gonna throw this out there and say that I'm no different from the rest of the people here. Same problem.

Yup: similar bug/glitch issue going on with me: I'm using Internet Explorer, by the way.

I can add games onto my Lists (in this case, Tracking), but after highlight the games to be deleted, using the drop-down menu shown on the far right of the titles, I get a white error screen everytime I click on the "Save Changes" Button at the bottom. No games are removed from my Tracking List after I return to that page.

Kind of know this has been posted a million times, but you can count me in with thisissue. I cant move or delete anything. I dont have any of the game spot extras/addons/beta and im using internet explorer. I dont know if this helps either but it wasnt working for me when I was in Germany and now im in spain..Notta

I'm having the same issues. I can't delete or move any games on any of my lists (now playing, tracked, etc.). I've tried on Chrome for Mac and IE8 through VMWare Win7. I do not have Fuse Beta or any other special Gamespot services. Although this sucks, I'm glad that I'm not alone.:D

Why does everyone keep posting that they are also having the same problem? I think it's safe to say that EVERYONE has this problem because the page/service that handles this function is down. Maybe if Gamespot would acknowledge the issue in some way, people will see that it is a known issue and not bother posting.
