Every since the new website popped up, my account of 12 years is gone. I have emailed the website 6 times and have not received one word back. I even went on to Twitter where Synthia Weires was nice enough to respond and offered to help me. However, after a week or so, even she was dodging my direct messages. Synthia finally responded simply saying they have not fixed it yet. That was weeks ago. Feeling really ignored right now...........
