The Tech team is aware that it's broken (this has been reported multiple times over the years). Whether it will be fixed or not, there's no way of telling, as we don't really hear from the Tech Team usually.
This has been broken since 2008. At this point I wouldn't call it broken, I would call it removed. Getting it back wouldn't be fixing anything, it'd be adding a new feature, much like using HTML to make links. Boz
