[Suggestion] "Follow" for News Topics

Greetings almighty Gamespot overlords:

My suggestion, dear masters, is but a humble one. I would like to have a way to track developing stories on a particular topic. For example, the developing story on 38 Studios credit issues in Rhode Island is fascinating (and sad, unfortunately), but Gamespot links the story into Amalur, despite that it really concerns the studio and its upcoming title Copernicus, rather than their previously released title.

This can be accomplished in a lot of different ways, whether gamespot were to use unique Follow identifiers like it does for games today (leveraging the existing code), or using the Tag system to create unique identifiers for the stories. It'd be great to receive updates for developing news to my updates feed, regardless.
