Some teams don't have young driver programmes.

But you can get advise from them. I would not ask to go into the young driver programe directly as you have not really got any racing background it sounds like other than a few kart races. The drivers who get into the program I guess will have a few titles under their belt at junior level.

Thats what I would do, you do as you believe to be best.
