Did Michael have the Accident at La Rascasse on purpose because he can't take losing anymore or was it a genuine driver mistake.
i want people to be honest.
I think he did do that on purpose, the way he went through that corner was quite odd but from the replay it looked to me that he could have made the corner. Schumacher can be very very cunning indeed at times and this looks like one of those moments and even looking at his behaviour during the persconference I would say he definitly faked that error. But there is only one person who knows and that is Schumacher him self.
Edit: well I just found the video to have another look at that, and I must say he wasnt going to quickt at all but he was to tight though. But I still think he could have made it.
Have a look your self. Schumi incident
Edit 2: Video 2 (with commentary you can actually understand)
I just got confirmation that Michael has been sent to the bacl of the grid.

here you go. :)

He deserves more then just the back of the grid. Michael did that on purpose, no question asked. The guy is way to good to have a accident like that.
EDIT: SPEEDTV was just showing a replay of F1 qualifying and I heard something that is not mentioned in the youtube footage Jamie provided. I believe it was David Hobbs, spelled wrong I'm sure & not exactly sure it was him, mentions that Schumacher was famous for doing things just like that when he was in both Formula 3 & carting.

schumacar did it on purpose.the who;e weakend alonso was dominating and i think that ross braun said over the radio that alonso was on very fast lap and i think he felt it was the only way of beating him was to slow it down.he should have crashed which makes it more realistic that he did stop to slow down alonso.
anyway i think micheal regrets the whole thing.if he wins then people will just blame it on that incident in qualifying

No, if youlook at his reaction at the turn, and at the press conference, he looks so bloody guilty its unbeliveablekipi19
Well said.
but kipi.....can';t oversteer happen at 30mph? jus askingsimsimnfs
thanks aloushi, your explanation made more sense to me than kipi, kipi just confused me by saying hell no and that aerodynamics and traction control don't work at low speeds which sends a contradicting message to me...btu thanx to the both of you for explainin it to me :) i appreciate it...simsimnfs
He has gotten to a point that he can't take losing anymore
kipi19
He was always like that, looks at 1994. If he cant win or chances are getting slim then will try and stop his rivals as well.
