Hello everybody. First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone who voted me in as your new leader in what I hope will be a new chapter for the Formula 1 Passion Union.

Of course, a change in leader means changes overall. My first, and probably most important change, is that we at the F1PU now have, without a shadow of a doubt, the two best officers this union has ever seen back - BlaZe_irl and Kipi19. These two will be here to help in the re-building of this place, and are fully committed to reaching these targets.

Now I am a leader for the people - using the Union Enhancements and Feedback thread, feel free to voice your opinions and ideas on what you want to see here, and we will do our best to try and get what you want. Of course, this isn't possible all the time, so if we do run into difficulties, we apologise sincerely. However, as my quote at the top points out, I will not promise anything here. I am committed to reviving the F1PU, but I will not promise, because I dislike breaking promises. Hence why we may not guarantee everything you ask for happens here.

Administration has had a shake-up as well. Of course with BlaZe and Kipi returning, there are other promotions as well. I would like to announce the new officers, the F1PU's technical guru, KimisApprentice, and the re-hired cjek. Aloushi87 has automatically been demoted to an officer, and I intend on keeping him here unless he fails to show up next month.

BlaZe_irl has also offered a new service for all in providing an F1PU MSN Pre-Race Chat Conversation. I will create a thread explaining the details further; all you need to do to join up is PM BlaZe with your MSN address and you can join in! (It appears limits are set to 25 on MSN - should we end up with more people, we will have to move to Xfire - which will be easier to control and we can have more than 25 people in the chat room).

Lastly, the BlaZing Stallion returns! Join in and have fun at F1PU's interactive bar when you just want to have a leisurely talk about F1 or OT discussions. An easy way to get to know each other better.

These are my first steps towards re-building this place, and I hope you will join us in helping too. Remember, let me know what you want, and we will try our best to make that possible for you.

First off, I'd like to congratulate the new leader, and well done to kimisapprentice for a well deserved officer position!

I hope my return doesnt create a negative effecton the union.....I would like to stress that I couldnt continue to contribute anymore under aloushis leadership (any1 who witnessed *That* event, knows how it all went down) and when Redders informed me of how the leadership could be changed after 90 days, and asked if i would return if leadership was indeed handed to some1 else, I was all for it :)

As redders stated above, I am now 100% ready to help rebuild this place alongside my fellow officers (Id also like to say im proud to be part of strong force, shouldnt be too hard to rebuild this place with these guys!)

yeh so anyway I used to love discussing F1 with you guys, and thats something I'd like to continue in the future :)

I fully congratulate Redders on his well earned position, and also Kimis Apprentice for his new officer position

I can fully understand if there maybe some negative reaction to my reappointment as officer, after the argument that ensued after the Hungarian GP last year, things were very heated. and i apologise for things that were said, i hope i can help rebuild the relations in this union :)

I believe we can now head in the right direction and bring this union back to its former glory.

Loving the new Banner, a great way to freshen this place up, just what we need! I'll enjoy this coming season giving technical updates as they happen :)
