Honestly, I think I'd prefer the whiny emo character over the annoying, happy-go-lucky one.magitekkI do not find Zack annoying at all. He isn't all that happy go lucky, either. He is cocky and confident, but not in a bad way.

@siberian142 It wasn't Sephiroth. It was a clone of him. He was frozen in the Northern Crater at the time

EDIt: Another one was the Bergan speech in FFXII. It was so brilliantly written and delivered
I haven't been here like...in ages. Need to think about this for a while...
Awright, in FFVI, I like just about every scene with Kefka or Setzer. I mean, those guys...haha.
FFVII: This will always remain my favourite; the scene in Wutai when the party walks in the bar when the Turks are there. Elena would like to fight, but Reno states he's off-duty and tells the girl to shut up before making him sober.
FFVIII...ohh, so many. All the Rinoa/Squall moments make me go 'awwh', but I'd say the ending's the best, still. OH OH - the one where Laguna tries to get Julia's attention. That.
FFIX - someone mentioned the 'you're not alone' scene already, but that reminded me of Beatrix's theme! It's the best song in the game honestly, and I really like the scene where it plays.
 FFX...I'mlameandsaythespringscenesob.
FFXII. Where's Balthier, there's the awesome - and same goes with FFXIII and Fang.
Yow. That's that :P

Lol, only good scene in FFVIII was Laguna's leg cramping up xD; and yes, Kefka and Setzer did have the best scenes :D
I like the seen from FFXIII when you start Chapter 12 by breaking up that race with your summons. The visuals are really well done with awesome action. Not necessarily memorable but it looks cool.Lightning__Evil
Hell yeah, that was epic. :D

Awwh, c'mon. That game is so underrated! The graphics were way better than in VII, which WAS a huge step forward. Besides, there were some really nice characters in VIII and that card game's awesome. Period. Haha, I'll never forget the scene in the desert... Kefka: "Ahem. There's SAND in my boots."[QUOTE="magitekk"][QUOTE="PlaWeird"]I haven't been here like...in ages. Also, on another note, I'd say the worst scene in in FFVIII is when the gang forms some creepy, irish tap dancing band to cheer Squall up, lol that was so damn retarded! :P
There's sand in my boots...really? Kefka said hella funnier stuff than that :/

Well, I would be lying if I said I wouldn't like to watch pretty scenes. That's just me. Haha, I thought it was sweet of them, really - everything would always get ruined because of Rinoa, though. That girl somehow knows how to piss people off...or get into trouble.
There's an inside joke behind that desert scene, so that kinda adds some lulz for me :P

Well yeah, 'there's sand on my boots' has been an inside joke amongst FF fans since FFVI's release :?
Did anyone else find it weird that Squall paid no attention to Rinoa all game. Then after she's locked-up near the end, he's suddenly head over heals. I always found it kind of unprecedented. cjimrun

That's just what emos do, they show little attention to the girls they're interested in.
Squall, I admit rightfully is so self-centered and reticent through out the whole game even though he gradually opens up. Didn't particularly find any memorable scenes with him let alone VIII itself. Have to say the ending was quite pleasant but that's pretty much what we all deserve for finishing a game anyway lol.

The ending DOES rule. But I also felt there were a lot of memorable action moments, like when Irvine gets the yips so Squall takes it on himself to jump off the roof, ace some fool, steal a car and drive through the parade to attack Edea. Also, the battle between Galbadia and Balamb Gardens was epic and awesome. So much stuff goes on while while the 2 Gardens crash into each-other.

I found that mini-game where you fight the soldier while hanging from the flying armor to be so freakin hard.

Having to re-try things reminds me of another cool element to FFVIII: Seed rank. I like that there was the extra incentive to perform well cuz you would get paid more. Great way to play off the Seed's role as mercenary.
