FFE: Final Fantasy Undead

I think we should create a fictional story pertaining to Final Fantasy. I am going to start it and it is kind of long so bear with me. If you want just read the end so that you can continue the story after I do this, by all means. You add to the story and keep on adding... If you have any questions ask me.. This will be fun and you can do anything you want. Just be fair if a person is following a character. Do not kill this character off. Just do to others as you would like done to yourself.

Point: I start and everyone else adds in including me..add as much as you want as well. Mine was so long because I was setting the story up....mine will be significantly shorter from now on.

Will the heroes rise up to the challenge...that is up to you.

Garnet stood glaring out the window with sadness in her eyes. Zidane walked up behind her and placed his hand on her back in comfort.

Zidane spoke " We must be strong for Alexandria.....we can be sad later. They are coming and we must be ready."

"but Eiko and Cid are gone. Eiko was so young..."

Beatrix entered Garnets room and nodded at Zidane and turned to Garnet and said "The enemy is at our gates my majesty and Steiner and the knights of Pluto are there in defense. I will go to join them now."

" The lindlum army was defeated over a night. Do you honestly think we can win?"

Beatrix looked down in response to the mention of Lindlum. She looked back up and said " I do not know but we must try"

Beatrix now arose from the bow and left the castle.

Zidane turned to Garnet and said " Do not worry we will win"

At the gates stood soldiers and Beatrix and Steiner. The banging on the gates got louder. There were moans and what sounded like clawing at the gate. The gate all of a sudden busted open with purple energy and splinters of wood went everywhere. One splinter flew into a soldier piercing him in the head. The creatures sauntered forward towards them. A man in a black cloak stood behind them with a purple glare in his eyes. The creatures started pouncing on the soldiers taking in their flesh. Steiner gripped his sword and ran forward slicing off limb from limb on the creatures. Beatrix ran forward and sent a spark of lightning from her sword into the creatures, sending the creature falling back. They still came back at her. She sent her sword threw their heads. A little girl with purple hair that Steiner recognized ran up and clasped her teeth around his leg. He kicked her back and sent his sword through her chest. He looked down and seen the blood chunk in his leg. He looked at Beatrix as he was fighting the creatures off and said "run and protect the queen. I will hold them off here longer."

Beatrix nodded with tears in her eyes and ran off toward the castle. Steiner made a big huge swipe with his blade sending the creatures around him stumbling back without their heads. The dead soldiers now arose. The creatures started grabbing him and feasting. He knocked them off at first but they overwhelmed him. The man in the black cloak walked past him as some creatures followed that were not occupied with Steiner. Steiner's scream lit up the air as he fell, the light had left his eyes. The man walked toward the castle with the creatures behind him infecting everything in their path. Steiner arose with death in his eyes and grabbed a women walking past him and clasped his mouth around her neck feasting on her flesh. She went lifeless.

Beatrix stopped in place at the sound of Steiner's scream. She closed her eyes then pressed on. She ran into the castle yelling for Garnet.

Garnet and Zidane stood at the stairs. Garnet looked down in sadness. "Not Steiner too"

The remaining soldiers in the castle gripped their swords as they heard the sound of moaning and footsteps. Beatrix turned around with her sword. The man entered with the creatures behind him. The creatures ambushed the soldiers around Beatrix. Beatrix ran toward the man with her sword held high and sent her sword toward the mans neck. The man pulled a hand up slowly and the blade stopped centimeters away from his neck. Beatrix went tumbling back with her sword to her side. He flung his hand a her and three purple spears of energy went flying at her. She dodged the first one but the second one went through her chest and the third through her leg. She turned around and mouthed "sorry...." to Garnet. Garnet screamed "NOOOOO!" Beatrix fell to the ground. The man walked over Beatrix's body and the creatures surrounded her feeding on her flesh. Garnet was on her knees in Zidane's arms. The man waived his hand up and the creatures stopped. " Garnet my dear it is nice to finally meet you."

Garnet arose and said in anger "why are you doing this."

"You will soon find out....I need you though."

Zidane responded in anger "No you don't"

Zidane went to run toward him but Garnet stopped him. "no one is going to die for me anymore." She sent her hands in the air and a loud screeching noise came from behind her. Bahamut crashed through the wall of the castle and sent a flare beam spiraling down toward the man and the creatures and everything went dark.

Zidane got up from the floor and brushed off dust. Garnet was gone. The man stood in the same place unharmed. Zidane looked at the man and said" Where is she? What have you done with her."

The man smiled " I have not done anything with her my boy. She is someplace else. The clash of energy must have sent her elsewhere. In any case you are useless to me"

The man pointed to Zidane and the creatures ran toward him. A silver haired man launched from behind Zidane shooting balls of energy at the creatures. Zidane eyed him in amazement and said "Kuja?"

"yes it is I who helps you my brother."

Zidane smiled and went forward slicing the creature apart with his daggers. The man swung his arms from side to side causing purple spears to fly toward them. Kuja dodged them with ease in the air. Zidane flipped over them. The man sent a purple beam at Kuja and Kuja crashed against the wall.

A high concentration of energy rushed over Zidane and Zidane was glowing. Zidane sent a rush of flame over the creatures and the man and purple energy sparked out of the fire and then a bright light absolved them...

Garnet awoke in a bed and looked over at a women with short brown hair. Then looked over out the window and they were in the air. The women started in " My name is Yuna. What's your name?"

" My name is Garnet...where am I."

"We found you on the shores of Kilika."

"Did you happen to find someone with a tail."

Someone from behind her chimed in "Nope only you" "Names Riku"

A speaker from the ship they were riding in spoke "trouble in Besaid get to the bridge now"

Yuna spoke "Garnet do you want to come with us"

Garnet "Sure. I've got a feeling I know what it is."......

Zidane and Kuja awoke in the back of a truck driving on a road.

Zidane looked around puzzled. The truck came to a sudden stop. A dark skinned man got out with a gun on his arm.

"You fools gonna help me or just stand there"

Zidane and Kuja rushed behind him as they walked toward a city with smoke arising from it. All that could be seen was destruction and the same creatures they had seen in their world....

**** Meanwhile a lone warrior walked into a mass of energy. A traveller of time and space, and a master of weapons he was prepared for any conflict. The mighty sword Excalibur finally within his grasp he chuckled with pleasure: "Gyahahaha, finally It's mine..."

The travellers gauntlet forged of the most powerful adamantine shattered into thousands of crystal shards as he tried to weild the weapon of legend.
"I will be the greatest swordsman of all time!

The mass of energy surrounding the sword engulfed him and a everything turned to darkness. 

Drifting infintly through interdimensional space can break anybody.. It can also make you much more powerful. Naked, in a empty space.. Nothing.. The dark shape of a man against the blinding white light of eternity. A sword. A voice.

"Wake up Gilgamesh." 

 The travelling swordsman awoke. Looking into his were the most beautiful eyes he'd ever seen. 

"I am Ultimecia." 

 Cold, yet beautiful. 

Two mighty bombs float above a rocky opening at the side of a cliff. The opening is only accessible by air, thousands of feet below the cliff is a mighty lake. Massive Turtle-like creatures and unknown beasts dwell here. The ancient people name the lake Levian after the mighty Esper said to live there Leviathan. 

Above the opening is a Forest. They call this forest Eden. A legend states within this forest lies the keys to eternal life and power beyond anything else. A party of 3 now travels down the lone road through Eden.  

"Come on!.... I'm tired of waiting!... And who do you think you are?" LeBlanc

"I am a bounty hunter, woman." snarls Ba'Gamnan in response.

"Hahaha more like some kind of fiend." LeBlanc snarled back!

"Show some respect for yourselves and quit the drivel. We were all called together for a reason and we shall prove our worth."
Cid Reines looked stopped at the edge of the cliff. "And now.. We Descend."

"Gilgamesh will you help me?" I need your power." "Will you save me Gilgamesh?"

Ultimecia's voice seemed to echo through his mind a thousand times. "YES! ANYTHING!" He could not resist this charm of hers... was it magic? He did not care anymore. He was infatuated. He was in love. He was hers'.

"Gilgamesh, my darling knight in shining armour, You must Kill Squall. Take this with you, I know you collect them."

The mighty sword Excalibur was finally within his grasp and now he would finally fulfill his own destiny. 

 Countless weapons scattered the ground. But he only took one. 

BANG! BANG! BANG BANG BANG! A large refrigerator flys across the room......

Zell Dincht : "I'm gonnnaaaa kick some @$$ tonight baby! Hey! Squall! You better be ready... It's Selphie's Birthday and you know how she likes to PAAAARRRTTTTYYYYY!"

Squall just stared at the horizon.....

"HEEYYYYYYY!" Zell punches the air!  " HEY Squallll WHATUP?"

"Somethings coming.. I can feel it." And Squall turns to Zell. "Let's go to the party." 

On a mountain in the distance a man in blue stood glaring at the sky as a dark vortex gathered.

A man with red hair in a red cloak walked up behind the man.

"I have seen the the things that erect from these vortexes." said the man in red.

Kain turned to the man and asked"I have not seen you on these mountains before...Who are you?"

"I am from someplace else...another world. The names Genesis."

"Kain"

Kain jumped off the mountain suddenly. The man in red looked down watching him jump his way down.

genesis now spoke towards the sky "When the war of the beasts brings about the world's end
The goddess descends from the sky"

He walked away in the shadows.

In a forest, dark energy surrounding it....

Ex death aproached the circle of darkness gathering in the air. Bartz ran up from behind. Ex death spoke "This is the end my former foe."

Bartz: "Quit this Exdeath. It will consume you again.

"This is not my doing fool."

A man now stood with purple energy gathering around him."It was mine"

Exdeath swirled around.

The man shot out multiple purple spears at them. Exdeathe teleported behind the man leaving Bartz in the aim. Barts dodged the first but the second hit him in the jaw with the second following hitting his torso. Bartz fell to the ground dying. Lenna ran up to him and tryed to grant his dead body life but it came at no success.

She looked at the man "What have you done."

"Only what I must my dear. I am actually here for you and your sister."

"Why"

"You can make that assumption on your own."

Exdeath spoke in excitment " Bartz has returned to the void finnally." "I will take your power stranger so that I may take control of the power."

Faris walked up from behind with her sword in her hands.

The man grinned. "this will be fun."

Creatures began to pour out of the circle of darkness. Snarling at exdeath ant the heroes of light. Faris rushed to Lenna's side and grabbed a hold of her. "We must go sister."

Lenna would not let go of the body.

Exdeath was teleporting around the room firing dark matter at the stranger. He reflected them with bursts of purple energy. Faris yanked Lenna up and started dragging her out of the forest. As the creatures bent over Bartz feeding on his flesh. Exdeath sent a dark beam shooting towards the man and a blast of purple energy erupted and everything faded...

Lenna and Faris woke up in a infirmary and a doctor walked up their sides and asked "are you two alright. Laguna found you two in on a train."

Faris looked over at Lenna which appeared to still be in shock of the events. Faris spoke "yeah we are fine." "What is your name kind one?" "My name is Faris and hers is Lenna."

"Dr. Kadowaki" "You are in Balamb Garden. You should go see headmaster Squall."

"Come on Lenna lets go."

Lenna followed in silence as they aproached the headmasters office.

All they found in squalls (headmasters) office was a Moogle!

Mog: Heyy! Squall went to Selphies party, you should go find him there! 

Faris looks up at the moogle with anger...

"Seriously...You guys are a joke."

Lenna stood behind in shock...

Faris ran up to the moogle and snatched it up by the neck.

A voice from behind said "Put him down please."

Faris let go.

It was a women in blue that had a dog trailing her.

She smiled and said"follow me and I will take you to Squall."

Garnet stood with these wierd people all around a blue globe coming out of the center.

Garnet told her story...

Yuna looked puzzled.."So you think this is the same situation>"

GArnet nodded

They landed in Besaid and the creaturs stalked the beach with dark eyes. Yuna pulled out two guns and riddled the creatures with bullets. Riku was slicing them to bits..Paine was slashing them apart with her sword.

Yuna looked over and seen a dark Wakka pacing toward her. His mouth gaped pen in hunger. A tear rolled down Yuna's cheek "Not you.."She pointed her gun at him as he looked down the barrel there was a blast. It sent Wakka in the opposite direction but with half his head gone.

Yuna dropped to her knees. A voice called out to her " We have to leave now." She looked up and a man with a red cape and a gun blasting the cratures to bits. He stood above her. "Do you want to die.."

He lifted her up by the arm and retreated to the ship and threw her inside. Paine looked back and nodded towards them. She sliced any creature that tried to get past. A creature ran up a locked its jaws around her kneck she headbutted him off her.

Yuna screamed as the creatures piled over her..she was screaming"I can Help let me go"

"It would be foolish girl." They turned around and Bathlier stood there welcoming them on to the ship.

meanwhile...

squall and friends (zell,selphie,irvine and quistis) were all enjoying some drinks around a large bonfire in the balamb garden training center. 

"I wonder where Rinoa is..." ponders squall...

*** squall went out to the balcony alone... A secret area where couples like to gather... but this time he would have an unlikely dancing partner. 

Leviathan, a mighty esper of legend, rises from the great lake..

"Metamorphose!"

Cid reines transformes into C'ieth form as he dives down the cliff.. free-falling headfirst, wings like an angel spread from his back. 

The serpent, with the power of the entire lake behind it summons a mighty tidal wave.

Leviathan vs C'ieth form Cid Reines on the side of the cliff// Great lake.

I need some help with this. 

"Cosmos their is a major disturbance between worlds and dimesions. The light fades"

Cosmos looking to the side spoke"I have felt it. He is a man with the power of tranporting through the dimensions and worlds. He is mor epowerful then me and Chaos."

"Is their no hope"

"There is always hope my knight"

"I am not in the mood for this"

"I am"

They spun to a stop in the road. Monsters eating flesh infested the roads.

"what do we do now"

"run them over they lost all there humanity anyhow."

"But they maybe could come back."

He snatched the wheel and pressed on the drivers legs cauing the car to sppec toward the creatures smashing them under with blood splurting in the sky. "RUN the Bastards over."

I would like to do more on this since I am back and I hope for any newcomers to help. Read around and pick up anywhere.

It is not just IX. After the first post I started V, VII, VIII, and X as well as IV. If you want to start elsewhere like XIII has not been done yet. It is everywhere. The villian is crossing dimensions so he goes to different FFs bringing the undead with him. I had a segment with Ex death actually. You can pick up as Ex death in FFXIII if you want or any other.

Lucrecia: Chaos!

???: But not the one you once knew.

Purple energy radiated from Proffeser Gast's machine. A man in silver armor and a purple cape revealed himself.

"I am Garland"

"But you are Chaos?"

"I am that too."

"But how."

"2000 years ago, I was defeated by the Warriors of Light. But I foresaw a future where the man with purple energy would re-awaken me from my slumber. In the event I lost my ultimate power 'chaos'."But you have re discovered it. Give it to me! For then I can reassure my power to this world, everyone will bow down to me."

"No I cant."

"I must."

Garland stuck with his blade and missed.

"Vincent!"

The man in the red cape appeared, twas 'Vincent'. He shot Garland directly to the hand. He drpped his blade.

"Damn you! I couldnt obtain Chaos this time but someday it will be in my possesion. I will conquer this world!"

???: Dont you mean we will?

Suddenly a man with purple energy revealed himself in a flash. It was too bright, it was impossible to see who.

???: I revived you to do my bidding! Garland you have dishonored me. I sentence you to the void.

"NO!"

Garland grabbed Lucrecia and fled, so that it was only Vincent and the mysterious man.

"Who are you."

"I am of a great awakening to bring order to this world, as I first saught my eyes across you humans I pitied you. This is your final hour. With the dead at my side I cannot be stopped. Finally I can end humanity and all its weaknesess. Soon enough Xiat will be mine."

"Xiat, what is that?"

"You already know too much, I have wasted enough time here. When the time comes, you will pay your debt."

Great job vega! I will add another soon.

"Zemus you live?"

"Of course, I cannot vanish so easily."

"But how."

"He came to my call, the man with the purple power. What you killed the many years ago was meerly a diversion, Zeromus."

"So I guess you will try to take control of my mind again, wont you."

"What no. What happened those many years I had been consumed by the evil in my power. I wish no harm to the all of you."

???: What?

The man of purple power appeared.

"Do you mean that I woke you from the dead to make friends with these pests."

"It is to what I owe them for the trouble I caused."

"I used me power to create an army of undead warriors to topple your foes and claim my rightful place as ruler of all dimensions."

Then the mysterious man shot a powerful beam at Zemus knocking him to the ground. His body emitted energy, Zemus losing control of his former self.

"As for you. You are a threat to my plans, YOU will be disposed of properly."

The man opened a portal that sucked Cecil and Golbez into another dimension. They awoke somewhere far away.

Cecil spoke" where are we?"

???: Welcome to Arubboth, the palace of the heavens. I am Emperor Mateus Palamecia.

"Do you mean we are dead?"

"Fortunatly not. But somehow you managed to enter the rift between the demensions of the living and the land of the dead. It is astonished how you were capable to brisk your lives not dead."

"We have to find our way back. We must help Zemus."

"Are you sure? He took control of me many years ago and nearly killed you."

"That was Zeromus, there is something different about him now. Something tells me that was the man who did that to him in the first place."

"I believe I can be of assisstance. There is a way back but you must go through Pandaemonium. There lies the depth of Hell, ruled by my other half the Dark Emperor."

"Are you sure this is the only way back to our dimension?"

"Yes, but if you run into my former self, I want you to know, forgive me."

Special: Gathering of the Villians

"Brothers in Arms, I gather you here to discuss our mortal enemys. The warriors who denied your plans to conquer the world. I have revived you to obtain the victory you long dream. Together with our power united we can defeat our enemies, and obtain Xiat."

"So with our powers combined we can get Xiat."

"No you fools, you are Xiat."

"What? We are your master plan? A puzzle?"

"Correct, when I created the dimensions, reality came to exsistance. And when it did I had the power to view, the past, the present, even the future a world completely based on my power. But when I saw the future, I reckoned the apocalypse, of us, of me."

"All of us were meant to die and you didnt do a damn thing about it?"

"You are wrong, After visualizing the future I decided to create the ultimate weapon, but there was just one peace missing. Death! I crafted you, so you all would fit together as one. When I placed each of you in your dimensions, the goal was for you to be defeated by your rivals so I could revive you."

"You set us up."

"It was our intension to die, to be the losers of our dimensions. Damn you Squall!"

"No all of your are the winners as you are now dead if you can achieve your final destination, your final forms we can create Xiat the puzzle will complete, and you all will get to witness your foes a painful death. Well is it a deal."

"Im in."

"Cloud will see his demise."

"Hmpf. A deal it is."
