Greetings!

Final Fantasy Experience (FFE) recognizes the fact that our lives change, including our interests and schedules, we know that no matter how good our officers are, they may become busy, or even lose interest in their responsibilities here at FFE. Well, I, for one, have some problems in my activity here, once in a while. I don't have my own internet connection in my residence now. Until I have fixed my connectivity, please bear with me... *update: i have fast internet in my office room!*

Given the said fact, I am opening this thread in order to allow FFE to have a continuous "pool" of possible officers that would help in managing and maintaining the order and activity our beloved community.

The door of the FFE Administrative Team is open for persons who are wiling and able to perform their duties, with dedication, as officers around here.

 

FINAL FANTASY EXPERIENCE - CURRENT JOBS/VACANCIES

1. One (1) Graphic Designer

 Job Description: Responsible in making monthly banners, tags/sig requests of members

Qualification: Good in Photoshop, Gimp or other image editing software 

2. Two (2) Special Features Writer

 Job Description: Responsible in doing feature stories to be posted in the union homepage (character profilers, in-depth info about a particular monster or summon, memorable events in Final Fantasy, etc.)

Qualification: Good English grammar 

3. One (1) News Reporter 

 Job Description: Responsible in regularly updating the FFE community regarding the latest news (any news, big or small) involving Final Fantasy (upcoming game info, developer info, developer interviews, concerts, game release, FF products, music, rumors, etc.)

Qualification:  Good English grammar, industrious in scouting the internet for FF news and info

 

If there are no current vacancy, don't feel shy! Just fill up the following info, so we could consider your application for future reference or even in considering increasing the number of FFE officers!

Anything else you want to say that may boost your chance to be selected: In the cybernetic-eyes of almost every user who may have a shard of invaluable GameSpot experience, I am nothing but a meaningless, inexperienced user that is the latest to enroll for GameSpot--or any particular union on the GameSpot forums for that matter--and it is that type of person they see just simply 'come-and-go'; I assure you, I am not one of those individuals. When I agree to enlist into a union, partake in said union's activities, or anything related to the union that may boost its status, I shall boldly declare to stand by my duty until it has been completed to the standards of those above me, as well as my own often-ridiculously high standards.

To summarize, I am not here to say that I should be the one to recieve this responsibility, or that I am the rightful one to deserve the assignment, there are possibly an agglomeration of other individuals that could do this task better than myself, but I at least hope you may at least contemplate the idea that I was willing to assist the union in future 'endeavors', if you will. :)

Desired/Preferred Job: I have Gimp and Photoshop but I'm not an expert like some people are at image creation. I check Square and FF news a few times a week, and I consider myself a good writer and I have 4 book series started with my writing knowledge. If you find me a suitable candidate then tell me which field needs help so I can focus my GS time on becoming more of a specialist in that rather than continuing as a Jack of All trades.

Anything else you want to say that may boost your chance to be selected:I love interacting with the members of unions and see being an officer as a great way to get envolved with the community. I check this union and one other for updates at the moment so I'm not spliting my time with a ton of unions and thats all subject to change to a single union. I do work so I'm not on every minute but want to be involved and help when I am on GS. If you don't find me suitable thats your decision to make. The worst that could happen if you say yes is that my work for the union isn't on par with the standards and I'm removed from officer duty. I'll accept that most graciously if I'm unable to produce what you want from an officer.
