FFE: Official Writing the Fantasy Thread

There is a link to the first part of Vega's story and I am still working on the Fabula Nostra stuff. I still haven't actually started writting the story but I'm building it in my head. I really need to work on that, sorry to anyone who is waiting for it, I'll get there I promise.

You know something... when I used to be Vega's age, maybe a little older 14 maybe, I used to write a lot.

I used to sit down open up Microsoft Word and just write away. I remember I put pictures and everything, made it like a real book. I always liked writing fantasy stories. So my books that were literally 150-200 pages long (Microsoft Word pages) were all about fantasy stories, and they used to have characters similar to many other characters that I am fond of, such examples are Auron, Gandalf, and others.

Unfortunately, the 3 books that I wrote which were all saved on my desktop as Microsoft Word documents were deleted one day... and I never saw those books again. 600 pages of great writting gone... great experience though. Improved my vocabulary, knowledge of English and was a lot of fun.

Yes I did, but in marks rather than symbols, it was a 5/5 mark on that assignment :).

Was about a boy found himself wondering outside his home not knowing why, but he felt he is in a mission to be accomplished, it was in the middle of the night, he looked to the sky and one of the stars started to shake a little sending a sign that it's going to protect him so he don't need to worry about anything, in his way surprisingly he found two of his friends setting on a seat just next to the main street, he convince them to come by to help him, they refuse but then he convince them that he feels destiny decided they should be with him, they agree eventually, they then reach a castle that is floating in the air, there's no way to reach there but he feels he have to, this is only a small intro, the main happening is about to occur in that castle, ah old memories :).

This intro actually was my dream, I used it and continued the story :).

Maybe you should just save up to get a new one rather than trying to fix this one over and over, then again I guess that would be kind of a pain since you don't work yet :?

I've been thinking about maybe doing a Jacob/Seth yoai slash twilight thing but not sure if I am going to write it and even if I did I probably wouldn't post it here due to its content:P

I need to write the rpg story thing that I said I was going to put up like 2 weeks ago on here. I'm sorry to you guys that made characters. I'll try and get to it, I just haven't felt much like writing lately and between the holidays and work I've been having trouble just motivating myself enough to get on and be active in all my unions daily as you may have noticed with my absense the last few days as I was especially busy with work. 

I had wrote a story a while back in another FF union. Somebody had ask a question about what if Cloud could rap...because of something that was said early in the game & the word Rap was used. It word "rap" was use as slang for "talk" but I ran with it and wrote a story of FF VII involving rapping & the music biz. I'll look for it & probably polish it up and post it on here.

Has anyone ever thought about collabing on a story. Put some characters and ideas together into one story. I do music (Hip-Hop) and always love getting with other like minded artist to create a song. Anyways, I've always wanted to team up with someone else and come up with a story line & characters. I draw a little to, so it's cool to come up with character model, though I don't draw as much as I use to so my skills are rusty to say the least.

This is continued from my Final Fantasy Story, you could consider it the prequel, or the beggining of how everything started approximately 5000 years ago:

In the beggining, life was unexsistant. All creation depended on the Hqui Cord. The cord was a distortion based of of the elements dark and light. In order for the cord to remain active, or confirm reality, it had to balance the light and dark there was to exsit. At a point in time the Hgui Cord erupted along the light side, spewing light magic into reality. Such components, when combined created a living creature. That creature was know as Lucifer. For the time he lived the more powerful he became, but in that time it sought a the world be too lonely. So he donated half of his power to create lesser creatures known as humans. The humans only being limited to so much power as to what Lucifer had to offer, there became an outbreak of the population to where he created something new... death. A single human was to be given a limited amount of time to live based on how the act upon their lives. As the power of light began to grow the Hqui Cord began to react until light became to powerful, darkness ruptered. With its evil power inhabiting the world it created something, something unhuman... the Dark Monarch. The graetest threat to humanity and the light he valued the Dark side far more than the Light side of the Hqui Cord. He wanted the dark to be worshiped, so, he built an entirely new world driffting not too far from theirs. The planet was supposed to be a living hell. The plan was to kill Lucifer, so then he, the Dark Monarch, could be the soul keeper. But instead of sending the souls to judgement and getting a fair trial, they would be sent to his world. But he knew he could not do it alone, so he created his most valued ally, soon to be the most feared person ever, the Dark God. With all the true powers of a god and half the power of the Dark Monarch they could soon be the supreme leaders of all exsistance. The Dark God being his right-hand man. Over the many decades the light fought the dark, the dark began to give up on their plan on killing Lucifer. Instead they devised something far more crafty, destroy the world. With the remaining power he had left, the Dark Monarch created a weapon so powerful and dark, only a true legion of their strength could activate it. The weapon was known as Omega. A black orb of power used to implode the world all at once perfectly devised to send all creatures to the horible planet, even Lucifer. But by creating Omega the Dark Monarch became weak with his remaining power leading up to the biggest event ever. The Dark God battled the Dark Monarch... and killed him, but how with so much power, it was unknown how he obtained it. But another mystery occured, 3 weeks later, just before the Dark God could activate Omega, he dissapered from the face of the earth.

Approximtely 5000 years in the future (current time, staring hero as Vex) he returns.
