Max Level - Increase one character to the maximum level.
Max Party - Increase the whole party to the maxium level
Alpha - Defeat the first boss
Omega - Defeat Omega weapon (or if he is not featured then his equilvent)
Thunderstruct - Defeat 1000 foes with Lighting (the character)
Pain Train - Inflict 100 000 000 cummalitive damage. (a bit excessive, but i want cheevies that take time)
Apprentice Summoner - Get your first summon
Pro Summoner - Get 5 summons
What no fat chocobo?! - Get all summons.

Story Achievements
Get the group together - Get all party members
Emotional Turmoil - go through whatever emotional turmoil lighting is bound to have in the game
This! is! Lightning!!!!!! - Complete the game

One Hit Wonder - Defeat a foe in one hit
Element Expert - Use an effective attack (for example firaga on a ice flan)

Yeah I agree with you there, I hope they have an achievement for beating the hardest optional boss in the game. They said there might be online for the game so I wouldn't be surprised if they had some for that too.

Perhaps they will also include an achievement / trophy for collecting at least one of every item in the game (Serious Collector).

I really like the idea of one for beating the toughest optional boss. If they had them in XII, it would have made defeating Yiazmat more rewarding.

I really want to see some random achievements, those are always the most fun.Games such as Dead Rising nailed it, imo.
