So How did you have your Vaan? i mean what weapon did he usually have? sword, spear, staff ect. or did you make more wizard like and mostly use spells like fire, blizzaga ect. share.
although i'm not that far, i want to keep my Vaan, like most main characters with a sword/ greatsword, and only using magic when he needs to, i much prefer someone like penolo or fran using magic.
Im trying to make him the ultimate charecter so he can use any kind of weapon-the strongest:D, but I usualy equip him with the katana swords becasue they have a long range big speed and above medium attack. My other two charecters are Bach and Vosller.Bach has a sword and the shield Vosller has the crossbow and high MP.
Vaan is just normal for me. He uses regular swords and has normal magic ability. So not too much or too little. But Balthier is my best character. I made him Quit guns and gave him Katanas. He uses them in a cool way, y' know? (excuse the Raijin imitation)
My Vaan had a greatsword, mainly the Tournesol. He was a tank, an attacker that dealed great damage, also a magician, and a great supporter. Basically, he's everything!
As of today Vaan has either (Excalibur/Ragnarok/Tournesol), a Maximillian, a White Mask and a Bubble Belt. He is one of my main party members and is out all the time unless that party is getting beat bad then he sits on the bench. He was my first character to fill the License Board and the first to get to lv.99. I use him alot.
