Timesplitters 3 has story co-op... in general there aren't as many co-op games in the 6th generation (last gen) as there are nowadays. It makes me kind of mad... I like co-op.
Oh, and 077 Everything or Nothing has a completely separate co-op mode; it's not related to the main story, but it still has a plot and all.
