Theres plenty of good games under 2o bucks. Games like paper mario, zelda wind waker, Tos, BK, RE.My suggestion is to look for games that are "Players Choice" and buy those. Those games sold well and you should check up on some reviews and youtube videos of ones that you wanna play and buy em.

I am not quite sure why buy a lot of stores are selling it for 29.99...but isnt it a players choice which would in fact make it 19.99? Anyways, you can pick up just about every game for less than 20 bucks at this point. I mean most of the games that I have been buying for the past 2 years have been 20 bucks or under!
you could probably get both metroid prime and metroid prime 2 echoes for under $30 used or on ebay. I just beat metroid prime 1 myself (on my wii) and am planning to go buy echoes.

You forgot Sonic Adventure DX. I would definitely go for SA2B. How about picking up a used Splinter Cell or something?
Um, seriously, every Gamecube game can be pretty much found for under $30 (especially if you're American). Barring a few exceptions, most every game can be found very cheap.
