gameboy343 I agree with you, save for the MM part lol i hated that game.
The ending was the most dissapointing, besides WW's. Thast what really threw me away from the game. And the fact that it involved OOT soo much. OOT was the beginning of 3d zelda's and it paved the way. But now, 3 games later, it shouldn't be almost a make-over of OOT it should have had more orgioniality.

!!!SPOILERS!!! Dont read if you want certain parts of TP to be a surprise!
I third this opinon. TP was a great game, but it lacked something. I dont know what it was, maybe it just didnt feel as different as every zelda has before it (I mean, every Zelda game tends to have its own different atmosphere and feel to it, whereas TP felt like OoT). I also found a few things to be extremely annoying in it. My biggest complaint is that there were some points in the game in which you were left clueless as to what to do. The camera also had its share of problems, and at times the controls felt clunky. Oh, and the new item selection wheel was something I couldnt get over. I can see how it would be useful on the Wii, but why not just leave us GC users the normal pause menu? Even when fighting the last boss in the game I still found myself hitting start to get to the item menu before remembering to hit Dpad up.
The biggest problem though was that it really was more like OoT 2 than it was a new Zelda. I mean, they even left in untouched some of the background music from OoT (Temple of Time anyone?). And the night time song in Hyrule field even had the singing voice of Malon from OoT in it. Granted this was all nostalgic, but the N64 quality music definitly stuck out. I was actully surprised when I didnt hear the Castle Town music from OoT playing in TP's Castle Town. But music aside, there was a lot in the game that seemed to serve nothing more than to scream "OMG LOOK! ITS OOT!". Like the water temple boss (until phase 2 I was thinking over and over "I cannot believe they're making me fight that damn amoeba all over again") or the spider boss (basically a suped up version of Queen Gohma). I really couldnt help but feel while playing that the game was pure fan service to all the people that complained about WW not being like OoT enough. As someone who has a nostaligic love for OoT though I have to admit I loved all the refrences, but at the same time it did detract from the game. Despite its shortcomings though, the game is still pretty damn good, better than WW and MM at least (or at least MM). And the boss fights were some of the most epic and enjoyable of the series. And the plot of the game at least confirmed a lot of the previous theories floating around about the series. The ending did feel a bit lacking though, even if it did close up everything (still wasnt as bad as WW though: "yay I saved Hyrule!.....by destorying it?!!! WTF!?!").
Zeldas Out haven't played on wii but I have played on the gc its graphics are sunning!!!
Weird Glitch on Game Cube virsion
i found this out while playing on freinds game.
Hit a chicken about 10-20 times repedidly so you do your combo once you hit it enough then u can become the chicken lol weird thing put in by the creators only lasts around 10 seconds so cluck fast!
Instead of buying a Wii to play Zelda on, I'm thinking of just buying a gamecube (since it's cheaper and I want a ps3) and to play Zelda and some other Mario games as well. Would you recommend this, or is Zelda on the 'Cube just not good enough?
fantasy_freak_1
I'm playing through Zelda on the Cube (almost to the end) and I kinda wish I was playing the Wii version. I keep coming across moments where I think "oh this would be so cool to do with the Wii controller". I think I'm going to beat the game once on the Cube and play through it again on the Wii when I get one (it's funny, my dad plans on buying it and he doesn't even like Nintendo that much. Wii Sports persuaded him :D). Cube version is a good collectible though, I hear they are hard to find and Nintendo stopped manufacturing them.
The Twilight Princess is one of the most beautiful games I have ever played. Worst part out of all the Zelda series is when you beat it, your like WTF am I going to do now. Don't know about anyone else, but every time I beat the game of its series, I can't help it but cry every time. Such an amazing game, and will always be a fan forever.  sting17945

Right there with *sobs uncontrollably*
The old Goron outside the Kakariko Malo Mart will only offer you the sidequest to East bridge (outside of castle town) after the third (or is it the fourth??) dungeon. I know it was really hard for me cos I didn't know you can ---Draw your sword without putting the item down that the old goron gives you to carry!!!! ---
That will cut your donation price by 1800 rupees
Was Ocarina of Time or Twilight Princess better? (list one reason why you say)
I think Ocarina of Time cause for the limited graphics they had back then it still was an awesome game!
You stop talking to yourself, or people are gonna think your crazy.I still think Ocarina is better... thats just my opinion

Trust me, is does not resemble Ocarina of Time besides it's graphical **** -Twilight Princess don't have the mythical fire, Ice, and Light arrrows to use, or any magical weapons for that matter. It didn't have a third sword (If you don't count that wooden sword of course). The some weapons you get didn't serve much of a purpose after completing a dungeon. The combat system however is much better than ocarina of time. Characters seemed dull meaning there weren't any note worthy characters like most of the ones in Ocarina of time. No note worthy weapons like Ocarina of Time and Majoras Mask.. The lands seemed empty for how much space was around. I think I named every thing........oh and the storyline is better than Ocarina of time I suppose....
Oh and the dungeons had more depth in Ocarina of Time than in TP....
