Which game has the best graphics?

My vote goes to Soul Caliber 2

Honoroble mentions go to Star Fox Adventures, Wind Waker, SSMB, NBA Street 3,Madden 07,and Rogue Squadron 2. (I never played RE4, but I'm sure that's a popular choice too).

re4 has good graphics.... i think there a little overrated though... maybe cause ive played soo much 360

rogue squadron 2 - there is a level where you are fighting round a downed ship that is in the water by a beach.

The water effects amazed me when I first saw them.

Metroid Prime, RE4, Twilight Princess.

Paper Mario: TTYD is pretty high up there.

I'd go for Soul Calibur II with RE4 right behind it.

Two games that deserves some mention are Need For Speed Hot Pursuit II - the cars and scenery look great but the cut scenes of the people being chased by the cops not so much and Pinball Hall of Fame which looks about as good as a pinball game could - bright crisp colours and nice table art.

i havent played twilight princess on gamecube, but if its anywhere close to the wii verison then that gets my vote too.

Yeah; the graphics are technically pretty bad, but the artistic style is enough to make the game look amazing.

RE4 has the best graphics. Other memorable mentions are:

The forementioned games are stunning visually and are also great games to have in your gamecube collection.

oh yeah, I forgot about Mario Sunshine, that's a good choice too... I didn't put Metroid Prime up there either cuz I haven't played it yet, lol, yes I know I'm late. I do plan on getting it after finishing some other games first... Wave Race was an interesting choice too, I used to have that. The water effects do look amazing, but the character models weren't as amazing.

I guess I shouldn't be suprised by all the choices of TP. Like one person said already, it technically doesn't blow me away on resolution, but the art style is superb and makes up for it.

Resident Evil 4, hands down. By far the best looking game of last gen, on all the consoles, and still better looking than games out on this gen consoles as well.

Metroid Prime II, Soul Calibur II, and Twilight Princess trail closely behind.

Metroid Prime has the best I've seen, but I only have 6 GCube games.

The Wind Waker.

One of the best looking and best games in last gen.

And it looks much better than Twilight Princess imo.

All the RE's, Rogue Leader, F-Zero, Starfox Adventures, Donkey Konga: Jungle Beat, MGS: Twin Snakes.... GC was a very efficient console that never met it's full potential. May it rest in its cute little purple grave.
