5 best games so far this gen

I'll try to give it a shot. Played most of the major ones. Some are overrated some aren't

1. The Witcher 3

2. GTA V

3. Batman Arkham Knight

4. NBA 2k15

5. King's Quest

In no particular order:

• Batman: Arkham Knight
• Dragon Age: Inquisition

• Grand Theft Auto V

I'd say there are 7 major stand-out games so far. I'll try to place them in order.

1) Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze

2) Pikmin 3

3) Bloodborne

4) Bayonetta 2

5) Super Mario 3D World

6) Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

7) Batman Arkham Knight

Something like that, but they are all in the same, really incredible ballpark.

No offense, but that's a pretty horrible list. 4 of those are sequels and the last is a remake of a game released in 1983.

Haven't played many games to make a great judgement, but of what I have played:

1) Bloodborne (brilliant design all around)

2) Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor (fun as hell with a unique spin on side quests)

3) Dragon Age: Inquisition (one of the best RPGs I've played in recent years)

4) Grand Theft Auto V (yes it's a remaster, but the new additions make it feel fresh again)

5) The Last of Us Remastered (it's only number 5 because it's a straight remaster, cuz otherwise it's my personal favorite)

Right now i don't really have any favorites or best games for this gens. Ask me in about couple months and I tell you. Well, I guess I can name couple.

Alien:Isolation- I really like this game. I always scares me every time I see that tall dude. I think I'm on my third play through for the rest of the achievements

Sunset Overdrive- Game is really a blast. I have so much fun with it, grinding off of buildings, wall sliding. If you haven't play it yet, I really suggest you to play it.

Umm I'm only willing to give maybe two a spot. GTA pc version (besides the draconian DRM that requires 24 hr call in or you can't play the single player) and Witcher 3 pc version. I honestly haven't played a single game other then those two that I could even call something to consider in the top 5 worthy category everything has glaring design issue's or just doesn't come up to snuff of something I'd call a top tear quality product without any major issues that drop it below top 5 or top 10 categories.

Edit: Completely forgot about Pillars of eternity, and Life is Strange. So add those in there only 1 too go and I'm assuming metal gear will take that spot, if Konami hasn't fucked it up after throwing Kojima too the curb, and scratching him from all the work he's done for them over the lat 20+ years.
