Aaaah! What's the name of that game!?

I'm desperately trying to remember the name of this game, but I just can't. Things that I remember about it:

. I played it in a PC.

. It's the most strange and grotesque game I ever played.

. It had nice graphics (for, like, 5 years ago) and I had to fight mutant enemies.

. At the beginning there were mutant kiwis and mutant wasps, and later, at a farm I think, there were mutant cows.

. In some part you go inside a sewer.

. The protagonist is a woman, and at some point her clothes become all scratched, making her almost nude... and the clothes were red.

. The game starts in a house at the top of a cliff... or very near the beginning
