it's astounding how many people are ignorant that don't even know how to respect. this matter needs more explanation and insight as the interview is even barely long and detailed. I think many people will just make their stupid assumptions with this small interview and post more stupid posts.

still, i have to agree that miyamoto has changed since his legendary days. i hope he still has new ideas for an imaginative and creative game like LoZ.

With the Wii, I hope not. It would be a waste of time. I'm actually hoping that Miyamoto goes straight to DS doing games that DON'T use the stylis or second screen or screen touching. Just do a bunch of LoZ games like that and some great original ideas.

Anyone who disagrees with the East/West statement need only look at education or cinema. Americans are so narrow minded that sex and violence are needed to draw their attention. Violence in video games is a long discussion and as long as the West remains won, it will continue to be growing presensce.

Also, Miyamoto DOES NOT equal Nintendo. That's like saying Bush represents America, which wouldn't be completely accurate. Miyamoto works for and holds a strong influence in the company, but isn't the President or CEO.
