Depends on what's out, and the prices of games that I don't (especially when the Aussie EB has sales, got SWAT 4 and FSW2 for $50 AUD combined). Sometimes I'll buy a few games within a couple of weeks, other times it will be a while before I buy something
Usually about 2 to 4 a month depending on how many I get are full retail price and how many are ones that have been out for awhile and have come down in price. I also get on average about another 2 on top of that on XBLA.
depends on whatever is out, like, I'll be getting about 7 games in the space of 3 weeks in a few months, but I haven't bought a game for the last 2 or 3 months. So it really depends on the games and their release dates.
It depends whats coming out. During the summer I basically don't purchase any of the new games, but I do buy a lot of older PC games. I would say at least two or three games during the summer and normally a lot during the Fall and Winter. This year looks like it is going to be very expensive for gaming.

I work the same way minus the XBLA. Although in the last 2 weeks I bought an NES and about 13 games to go with itoff of ebay so yeah... I got a little carried away.
Usually about 1 a month. But then again, it's gonna be like 8 games in the next 3 or so months. Mostly I rent first now to make sure I'm not getting stuck with trash, so it cuts down on the amount I buy.
For real though, I'd probably ahh.... well this year actually has sucked for games. The only 3 games I bought this year so far have been Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Super Paper Mario and Earth Defense Force 2017.
But normally I average 2 to 3 games a month I guess.
It depends... if I'm getting $20 GC/PC games from a few years ago, I'll get 3 or so every few months. If it's brand-new $50 games, I try not to get more than 5 of those a year. Although these days I'm only interested in less than 5 PC games every year...
I usually wait till something I really want comes out then make a Best Buy run. I will pick up 2 or 3 other games I have been scoping out then. That's usually every couple of months so call it 1 a month. I try not to go to Best Buy more then once a month because it pretty much impossible for me to get out of there for less then 300 bucks. More if I need ink, discs or spend too much time in the movie section.
