Best Final Fantasy Game?

which one do you think is best.

Personally I think 7 is slightly better then 10, and 12 is absolute crap. Haven't played 9 yet and heard that ones good too.

usually the one you play first is your favorite.... mine is 8 halfnaked

i played 10 first and loved it but think 7 (and probably 9) are better. I hated 12 though with a passion. Haven't played the really older ones,
