Best game never to have a sequel or be part of a series? Pick your top stand alone game. This question means that games like Ocarina of time, Final Fantasy VII, Half Life, Star craft, Warcraft, command and Conquer, Doom, Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat are excluded. They belong to part of a franchise. My pick would be Eternal Darkness for the Gamecube. A great survival horror game that knew how to play tricks on a gamer. Playing that game at night or in the dark with the sound turned up was a unique experience. I am also a big fan of General Chaos on the Sega Genesis. It was a great action strategy game that I can still play with friends. This is a hard question so think about it carefully. Some games I wanted to list have sequels I never heard about.
