Best looking PS1 game?

I was wondering what game do you guys really showed off the power of the PS1? If I had to choose one game i guess it would have to be vagrant story, but this is more of a personal choice.

i will mention the game i loved, Jet Moto. I remember the beach level looked awesome. If they could make an HD Jet Moto for the ps3, that would rock.Talldude80

I miss the Jet Moto games.
