But, yeah, the Starfox game and F-Zero were amazing, definately the Super Nintendo had better 3D processor, hardly ever used though. Snes is not better than the Sega Genesis, the system had some games that just blew the Snes games out of the water in its own way. The better sound is subjective, because most of what it really did was produce higher pitch beats, not always a plus, a lot of times I would prefer the Sega Genesis sound.

Excellent, excellent choices. I've been playing those two games for years, they never get old to me.

NHL 95 is better, but hey, I loved 94 too. Of course I played them on the Genesis, which means on the SNES that statement could be false.

SNES version has much better sound quality in terms of crowd noise and the player grunts. It also has sharper, more well-defined player models. The Genesis version has a bit faster gameplay, while the SNES version runs at a more deliberate pace, making it a bit easier to line up your hits. The Genesis version also has better statistics keeping. Overall it pretty much ends up being personal preference. I personally don't prefer one over the other, they're both great.

whoever is looking for a snes system buy a retro duo 2.0 its compatible with snes controllers and it plays snes and nes i really suggest you look into that i had mine over a month and no problems at all persect system

But Im loving it so far!

I'm sober now, but me and my pals drank a LOAD of beer playing "Tecmo Super Bowl" every weekend... for hours... I think we eventually set fire to the couch one night while playing, dumped a beer on the flames and just kept playing... great football game. If you can find one of these consoles in good shape (remember blowing on the cartridge to get it to work?)you've got a treasure. $10 to a collector is a STEAL. Good on ya, man!
