The other day I was walking around GameStop and stumbled upon Bloody Roar 4, I decided not to get it due to bad reviews and because I had something else to buy in mind. I come home to find that although the game has mixed reviews, it's super hard to find (at least what most people here say.) Anyways, what are some rare games that I SHOULD pick up the moment I see it in the store? Also Is Breath of Fire V: Dragon Quarter one of them? My GameStop currently has one in stock and I had never seen them have it in stock.

Ico, it's hard to find.. But I'm sure some people might be able to find it.. That's the only PS2 game I think might be hard to find. Otherwise, in egenral of PS games I'd say FFVII.
Marvel vs Capcom 2 is pretty hard to find. I bought it brand new for $40 when I was younger then I played it so much I got tired of it and sold it to Gamestop for $25 :cry:. I did see a copy of it there on Xbox the other day for $60 though.
Oh people....Okami and Disgaea now are greatest hits and there is many a copy at Gamestop. MGS2 is part of the essential collection so there are many floating around.You want a rariety....Good Luck trying to score Fatal Frame 2 or Nocturne. I guess I should feel lucky...I just got Suikoden III for $5 mint.

Most of these games are available new or used on amazon or ebay for pretty reasonable/cheap prices. Not counting Nocturne. Crimson Tears under $5 is a steal if you like roguelikes.

You should have bought Skygunner because it is awesome and only $3.99.
The AO version of GTA-SA is the "Hot coffee" version. If your copy actually has an AO rating on it, I would consider that the rarest game cover of the last decade.

Darn! All I got was Breath of Fire V and Smackdown vs Raw 2006. I have owned it before, all I can say is it would've been loads better with 2 player slitscreen.

What really stinks is that I SAW a copy of ICO on a shelf at gamestop, but I had no idea it was even rare. :cry:
God hand is becoming harder to find although i can still find a few copies
theres like 3 copies of shadow of the colossus at the gamespot by my house
and the Tensei games are becoming easier to find as their popularity rise
i got a copy of stretch panic for $3 last week
most rare games are games that got reviews of 7 or 6 and are said to be almost good but not polished enough

Yeah, I've been looking for God Hand, but with no avail. I think my local GameStop has a copy of Mister Mosquito, and I actually have Dark Cloud 2!(My sister's)
Any of the shadow heart games, shadow of the colossus, Ico, any Shen Megami Tensei games or whatever, any .hack game, A non greatest hits version of final fantasy 10, Castlevania Lament of Innocence, the rarest game I named off though is the Shen Megami Tensei games or whatever I found Persona 3 the original not FES for 15 bucks at a gamestop in Syracuse New York got lucky however Persona 4 is easy to find just because its not been out long at all

I want to save up enough to get all the volumes of .Hack//G.U., I don't think it's so hard to find as it is expensive.
ive been really lucky lately. gamestop by me has just about fullfilled my rare list ive been trying to fill. in the last few weeks ive gotten ring of red, ico, zoe 2, persona 3 ( both versions), shadow of colossus, r.a.d., 2 hack games, and a few others. none over 20 bucks and this weekend was the greatest at buy 2 get 1 free.

If I was talking about buying it off the internet, I would've gotten it a LONG time ago. xD But if it does come time to get it off the internet, I will.

Dark Cloud 2 for $20, and 2 of the Shin Megami Tensei games for about $25-30 at gamestop. (lucked out with the last 2)
