make you build your bicep muscle??

because everytime i play i always get a pain in my bicep like its been tired out or something..
does this have any affect on tearing the muscle tissue or something??

because that would be sweet.

Well... I doubt it. Guitar Hero definitely helps finger speed, and can even be aerobic if your like my friend and like to jump around and headbang. But I doubt bicep.

no, go and work out, it hurts probably because there is no muscle there, if you work out and build that muscle it wont hurt then

Unless you play through the fire and flames on exper, very little. Your fingers become amazingly fast though. If you want easy cheap arms, go gurl 2 20's while you watch TV lol.

No. That is not building muscle, that is just straining muscle. There is a difference. To build muscle (power or size) you must use resistance and GH does not provide any resistance.

If you don't take breaks you can over-strain your arms and cause damage.
