Like most things, I can afford it. I just don't want too. I rather save the money and put it in my savings account and use it to pay off my college bills.
I can only afford a Wii and DS becuase my parents are a little cheap that way. What I'm wondering is... How can you buy a new computer every year or so just to keap up to date? Video games are easy to keap up on, since a new gaming console only comes out every couple 5 or more years. I think it's rather easy to keap up on the gaming world, especaily with a wesbite like GameSpot handy...
No, but I just don't see the reason to buy both consoles these days. I bought a 360 at launch and most of the AAA titles are made for the PS3 as well. Of course there are some exclusive games, but I'm not a fan of either Halo or MGS....So besides those games I just can't see a big enough difference to throw down another $500+ for two systems that have the same games. In fact most of the 360 games are available for PC these days as well (which is always superior), so I'm not really getting the full value out of the system as it is.
I remember the days when two consoles would have COMPLETELY different titles for them.... Ahh I miss those days.
While I have a gaming PC, a PS3, and a Wii...I really should only have one (at most PC + gaming system) because now I have a lack of time and money to support the systems and play all the games I'd like.
