Cheapest you've bought a Game for

I just got Red Faction Guerrilla from my Local Target for $4.98 because they had the wrong price on it and that made me wonder what is the cheapest you've bought a current gen game for? I'm not talking about the download only games, but the Disc games

I got STALKER: SoC for $2 on steams christmas sale.

Probably about $9.99. I think that's what Day of Defeat: Source and Company of Heroes cost when I bought them off Steam.
I think Steam had some STALKER games for around $2 in a sale. My bet is someone will post that they bought them then!

L4D2 for ten dollars this past 4th of July Steam sale... good deal.

And that Thief Deadly Shadows game for a dollar...wasnt really that good.

I bought Command and Conquer (PC) boxed for $2 AUD about a year ago or something like that.

Uncharted new on Amazon for £7, picked it up a year or so before UC2 came out.

This isnt including steam of course because iv picked up games off that for less.

Belive it or not, I got both New super mario bros (DS) and Pokemon soulsilver for 1€ each brand new. they had put the wrong price tag on it. It was when my local general store had a huge sale on games they just wanted to go (budget games, family games and such). At the same sale I also got jak and daxter for 5€

Viewtiful Joe 2, Super Mario World, and Super Mario All-Stars for three dollars each. I actually don't even own an SNES yet, but I bought the latter two anyway because their prices were too good to pass up.

I found all three Castlevania games for the gameboy advance in a bin outside a toystore. Two Euros per game.

They were already rare by then so I sold them and made someone very happy (I've never been a fan of the franchise myself.)
It made my wallet very happy too.

Back when "Deadrising (Xbox 360)" came out, EB Games had one of their Gamerday Sales. They had a ton of games for super-cheap. I picked up 5-6 games for $4.99, and intended to pickup "Deadrising" at the price of $39.99 used. However, when they rang in the game, they accidentally rang-up one of the older sports games twice and didn't actual scan "Deadrising", meaning I got it for $4.99.......Sure, maybe I could have said something, but I never claimed to be an honest guy, especially with a company who screws over their clients so badly. Either way, it was a great deal for me.

Project: Snowblind for about $1.50 at Gamestop. Almost not worth it. That game is so underhyped and overrated at the same time. >_>

In living memory, I think the lowest price I've ever paid for a game is $1.99 at Gamestop for a used copy of Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain for PS2.

I won Modnation Racers and Section 8 for free from Destructoid. For actually paying for a game, the cheapest game I got was Conker's Bad Fur Day for $2.

I got Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty for £1.50.

Best ever £1.50 I've spent. :D

If it counts I bought a Gamecube for £1.34 from game, I used to work there With staff discount and reward points it cost e £1.34 :P
