[QUOTE="nintendoboy16"]Only to later on bash it in System Wars by editing another posters post.

Proof? and uh you're using Systems wars as an example for personal preference? When half the users who think the 360 is a piece of crap have more games for it and have XBL ids?Remember this thread? After you edited the guy's quote, you also said "Well, thanks for the blog." The guy hates Micerosoft and decided to make a whole thread Bashing all Halos after 1 and 2 and well, microsoft. So as a Nintendo fan that he is, I replaced all his words with "HALO" with Nintendo franchises consoles, and. If you honestly can't see that you are an idiot. Heck here's what he said: Halo: Combat Evolved was incredible. It is one of the most influential games of all time, and also one of the greatest games ever made. It made first person shooters viable on consoles, with very little compromises, and it also introduced most of the conventions modern shooters use to this day. It had an excellent campaign, an incredible multiplayer mode, and it was a veritable explosion back in the day. There will probably never be a revelation like Halo was on consoles, not for a very long time to come. Then there was Halo 2. Somehow, it lived up to the hype. Somehow, it was better than the first one (at least IMO). The stakes were upped, the story was more epic than before, the multiplayer mode was kicked into the next gear, with some of the best maps in shooter history. THe ending remains one of the most jaw dropping moments I have ever experienced in gaming. With Halo 2, Halo was God. One of those few, elite tier of games, something akin to a long running Nintendo, Square, or Capcom franchise. Until the Xbox 360. Halo 3 sucked. The campaign was underwhelming, the multiplayer failed to move the genre forward in any meaningful way (Modern Warfare would do for shooters this gen what Halo and Halo 2 did last gen), and the entire game just felt... ordinary. Not the elite cIass super games that the previous two had felt like. Halo Wars was awful. It suffered from being on a console, it suffered from being an RTS, it suffered from its story. Halo 3: ODST was certainly the most interesting Halo experiment to date, with some great atmosphere, but the game was still... underwhelming. It felt like a side story, and that's what it was. Halo 3, ODST and Wars collectively diluted the Halo brand. By the time Halo Reach hit the scene, I didn't even want to play it. Halo had gone from being a day one series to me to being... a series I have no f*cks to give for. I honestly didn't care. I still don't care. I still haven't played Reach. I didn't bother getting Anniversary. Halo 4 leaves me cold. It didn't help that Microsoft began releasing a f*cking Halo game every f*cking year. The release of a Halo game used to be a milestone. Now it's an expected annual event. The brand is diluted. The series is banal. The games no longer equate world changing quality like they used to. Once upon a time, Halo used to be awesome. But then the Xbox 360 happened.
so as he was making fun of the microsfot Xbox being charizard the known nintendo fanboy I edited his post: Mario/Pokemon was incredible. It is one of the most influential games of all time, and also one of the greatest games ever made. It made caualsplatformers/rpgs viable on consoles/portables, with very little compromises, and it also introduced most of the conventions modern casualplatformers/rpgs use to this day. It had an excellent campaign, an incredible multiplayer mode options, and it was a veritable explosion back in the day. There will probably never be a revelation like mario/Pokemon was on consoles/portables, not for a very long time to come. Then there was Pokemonggold/SMB3. Somehow, it lived up to the hype. Somehow, it was better than the first one (at least IMO). The stakes were upped, the story was more epic than before, the multiplayer mode improved a little and was kicked into the next gear, with some of the best maps in casualplatformer/rpg history. THe ending remains one of the most jaw dropping moments I have ever experienced in gaming. With these games, mario/pokemon was God. One of those few, elite tier of games, something akin to a long running Konami, Atlus, or Sega franchise. Until the Nintendo Gamecube/Wii/DS/3DS. Pokemon R/S/E and SMW and Yoshis Island sucked. The games were underwhelming, the multiplayer failed to move the genre forward in any meaningful way (Wii Sports would do for casuals this gen what Mario and Pokemon did last gen), and the entire game just felt... ordinary. Not the elite cIass super games that the previous games had felt like. Pokemon XD, Pokemon D/P/Platnium was awful. It suffered from being on a handheld, it suffered from usning the same 30 year old engine, it suffered from its story. Super Mario Sunshine was certainly the most interesting Mario experiment to date, with some great atmosphere, but the game was still... underwhelming. It felt like a side story, and that's what it was. Super mario Sunshne and Pokemon D/P/Platniu, collectively diluted the Mario/Pokemon brand. By the time Super Mario galaxy/Pokemon Black and White hit the scene, I didn't even want to play it. Mario/Pokemon had gone from being a day one series to me to being... a series I have no f*cks to give for. I honestly didn't care. I still don't care. I still haven't played Super Mario Galazy/Pokemon Black and White. I didn't bother getting Pokemon Silver and Gold remakes. NSMB2/Super Mario Galaxy 2/Pokemon Black and White 2 leaves me cold. It didn't help that Nintendo began releasing a f*cking Mario/Pokemon game nearly every f*cking year. including at least near 5 Spin-offs every six months, The release of a Mario/Pokemon game used to be a milestone. But as a fanboy yourself I understand you don't have the mental capacity to understand that it's clearly obvious I was just attack his fanboyism. Most of his rants culd be easily applied to his other favorite games. Which i pointed out. Also the whole thing was a blog, not sure why you would not agree with th- oh you're a nintendo fanboy we all must bash microsoft us nintendo fanboys. You really are trying way to hard. Especially since it's clear you tok that out of context and not only that, there's not one other post like it, so all the fail gets thrwon in your direction. Especially in a place where everyone who hates on MS has XBL Ids. But I give you a C for effort.
