One day I will and the Bethesda games are going to be ones I play again with the mods. The stuff people do with them are incredible.dvader654
Hell yea they are. F3 is such a different game, here's a shot I took off of the bridge to Rivet City during sunset:

I'm using the DarnUI mod which revamps the UI to fit the PC interface, and puts extra HUD elements on screen for convenience (upper right). I'm also running Project Reality which dynamically changes the weather among other things, the lack of which really grinded my gears in the vanilla version.
Here's what the FWE and MMM mods allow:

You can get a decent gaming PC for a bit under a grand. Better looking games, highly customizable, with barely any load times. The only problem is playing with mods is very glitchy and you have to be somewhat technologically proficient, and the game is prone to crash a lot. Like once every hour, at least for me but I'm new at it.
Anyway. you should check it out man. I'm assuming you don't PC game as you would've already done all this if you do, but I just thought I'd show you what modding can give. It's my first time actually, and I'm blown away.
