Did you find Bioshock scary?

^ topic. I'm thinking about buying Bioshock, but I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to horror games. How does this game rate in scare factor?

Not too bad, expect a few times. Anyone remeber the dentsit office. And then when you are doing stuff for sander cohen, and you walk in the bathroom with the fake people, or are they.

nah, i have not coleted it but the bit when i had to kill a doctor that was freaky cos he like to c... i won't say.

At the beginning, with no weapons there are some pretty creepy moments. After that, no.

I found it pretty creepy for the first thirty minutes to an hour. The whole thing had a creepy presence to it. But you get a bit used to it over time, much like anything else.

Never felt scared in that game, I felt a bit sad for the people in it, how they got warped so, and lost all touch, so much infact that I often felt releaved when I shot them...

I do not think it was made to be scary tbh, maybe alittle stateling, but they did not suceed in that.

The game does an amazing job of conveying a mood. It does get creep and suspensefull. I think it's a fun game to play with other people, it's like watching a movie for people that aren't playing. I can't wait for B2.

I played the demo and I was a little creeped out. I get scared by pretty much everything though, so my opinion is kind of biased. I still want to get the game though.

I found that it was more disturbing things than scary.

I didnt find it scary, but it definitely had some creepy moments.

I wouldn't say it's scary (although I can't think of any game that's unsettled me in that regard bar Eternal Darkness) but it is atmospheric as all get-out.

It's got a creepy and eerie feeling and a few startling parts, but the atmosphere is amazing, it would b a crime not to get it. Im kinda a wimp sometimes but i got over it, it's really fun to play with a friend cuz it gets intense, especially if your friend is the biggest wimp ever.
