I don't know about anyone else but I sure regret purchasing the Stimulus package. I will give IW credit, the 3 new maps are pretty decent but having the two maps return from COD 4 was just pointless. I played for awhile today and it seemed that Crash and Overgrown ended up in the rotation more than the new 3. If I wanted to play COD 4 I would have just put that game in my drive instead. The pricing of this DLC was way off. I would have charged 500 for the 3 maps and gave fans the Overgrown and Crash maps free. But I realize that IW had nothing to do with the pricing. It was the heads at Activision who said lets milk our COD fanbase for all they got. Why not make another 50 million on top of the billion we already made on the game, right? All, I know is at the end of the day I feel that I regret purchasing this content. When I make purchases like this I can't help but feel like I am encouraging a trend for companies to hold back content from the retail game in order to charge us for it later or just drive DLC prices up because they can get away with it. Well, Activision you have ripped me off for the last time as MW2 will most likely be the last COD title I will buy. I will be playing alot more BC 2 in months to come.

Not bought this and i don't think i will. I have only ever bought DLC once and it was the halo legendary map pack which was actually pretty decent. Thing that annoys me is that they have now made it so you need the mythic map pack to have any fun...Just another way to get mroe money they all do it

You need to pick and choose carefully which DLC you purchase. There's good DLC (GTA 4, Fallout 3, anything free of course) and there's bad DLC (this, bioshock 2 dlc etc). What bugs me is that I see my friends playing on the new maps and I can't believe they actually paid such a high price for 3 new maps.

On a side note, I am greatly enjoying Battlefield Bad Company 2.

$15 is definitely high for a five map add-on, but, I know I'll be putting days into this pack, so as far as bang for the buck goes, it's worth it.

Just an observation ... MW2 has recently been on the receiving end of more hate than I've ever seen given to a game before. Did it cross some threshold of popularity where the kids think that it's now become cool to attack it?

And before you ask, yes, I have a level 18 soldier on B:BC2.

Don't get me wrong Scam...I am not bashing MW2. I think the game is great. I do think the maps on the DLC are good too, but I just wish they would stop ripping the gamers off. The two COD 4 maps included should have been free and the 3 NEW maps should have been about 500 MS points and no more than 800 for sure. I think alot of the bashing MW2 is taking comes out of fustration with the games MP. So many glitches, so many cheaters, too many racist people, screwed up matchmaking etc. I really loved COD 2 and to some extent COD 3, but since the whole perk idea came about I find myself liking this franchise a whole lot less. It really messes up game balancing. Some people use some perks to annoying extremes, and playing gamers who are into their 5th prestige or higher that constantly use the grenade launcher (noob tube) and then last stand on hardcore is just cheap in my opinion. MW2 is a great game that biggest flaw might be its own popularity. The more people you have playing the game the bigger the chance of running into these morons who have nothing better to do than break game code. Ruins the fun for all of us. I think it should be mandatory for all multiplayer games to have Bots. They might not be as challenging, but at least bots don't cheat.

So, bottom line is the Stimulus packing has only been Stimulating the pockets of Activision stockholders and it's CEO. Thumbs way down Activision. Shame on your Exploitation.

Exactly, some people just have to calm the hell down. Those who purchased the map pack get so much crap just because we chose to enjoy a little more of a game we bought. Unbelievable... It's not like you even need the map pack to play online. There are separate playlists for the DLC.

Yes. Total waste of money. Got me 5 maps, for 15 bucks.
