Or you will be banned. Saw it happen to two others then it happened to me. Apparently Gamespot doesn't want bad information getting out about their parent company.

This has absolutely no bearing on reality. Gamespot and Gamestop are completely unrelated businesses and contrary to popular believe, you can have negative opinions on this site without getting banned, it is all in how you present those opinions.

Ok, I just read your moderation history, and it had absolutely nothing to do with you talking about Gamestop. You called a user a '****ing retard only you didn't censor the F-word. We don't allow users to use retard in a derogatory fashion, and we certainly don't allow direct insults of any kind. Leaping to the conclusion that it had something to do with Gamestop is erroneous. In the future, if you've got an issue with a moderation, ask about it in the Ask the Mods forum rather than complaining about it here. Also, bans are permanent, you were merely suspended.
