Doom or Black Ops 3?

lol DOOM for sure.

COD is more of the same, and not very good as a result.

DOOM is a blast from the past, but better. It both pays homage to its roots, but is still its own game.

I'd say go for Doom. You're better off getting the upcoming Call of Duty game, since when that one releases, Black Ops 3 will be dead, more or less.

big zombies fan, but COD has grown so repetive to me, only feature left that entertains me

I would not call Doom a shooter. It is more of a hack and slash with guns.

I say get doom now and the new CoD later.

I voted Doom but I actually really like them both. I know we aren't allowed to admit liking Call of Duty games but I really enjoy Black Ops 3.

The zombies mode in Black Ops 3 is worth buying the game for. I've got around 320 hours played in just zombies mode. Zombies mode is a lot more fun now because you can level up your weapons and add attachments.

Doom looks good and I was thinking of buying it but the multiplayer just seems a little unbalanced because of the whole turning into a giant demon and stomping everyone thing. I'd be more interested in the campaign.

I really don't understand the criticism of Black Ops 3's campaign part. Lot of action. Great squad feeling with squad team mates who isn't totally retarted. Great sound effects on weapons, both reload, swap and shooting. Great sound effects on walking/running. Shooting also feels fantastic in the hands with the controller effect. Graphics?.... Spot on!

Doom is pretty new to me. But it already feels fantastic. The pace is nice and the gunplay too. I do miss sound effects on walking/running and weapon swap. Also there isn't any reload mechanism, except for the automatic reload of the Super Shotgun.

But bottom line... both games rocks!

Doom of course, Any Call of Duty games are cancer.

Doom 4 is, alas, extremely repetitive. Only thing that breaks the tedium is when you stop to search for collectables.

The latter levels especially are basically you cleaning arena after arena of monsters. Yawn...
