The Donkey Kong Country games, and Mario games. Also Zelda games. Basically every Kirby game is extremely easy as well.
Now that I think about most games made by Nintendo...
Twisted Metal, Jet Moto, ace combat games for ps1/ps2, Sonic 3 on Genesis (with the save feature it was the only sonic game i could beat), and thats all i can think of at the moment.
Kingdom Hearts II is easy to the point it disappointed me. Yeah maybe its not that old, but it sticks out in my mind.
No freaking way Jet Moto is easy. That game is absolutely brutal. If make a turn just slightly to fast you're all out of control. And if you slow down for even a second the computer just dominates you.Twisted Metal, Jet Moto, ace combat games for ps1/ps2, Sonic 3 on Genesis (with the save feature it was the only sonic game i could beat), and thats all i can think of at the moment.

Super Mario RPG. It was fun, but ridiculously easy. I never really felt challenged. CrimzonTideI was. Probabbly because I just SUCK at RPG games though.. so I guess my vote doesn't count on this one... :( Kirby adventure was probabbly the easiest NES game i've evr played.
Sonic games were pretty easy, with or without a save feature. Collecting the chaos emeralds made it a tad more challenging though of course.
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is without a doubt the easiest game I'veplayed in a while though.
Super Smash Bros. is like the easiest game ever. I beat it in like 10 minutes.Nerd_ManGotta agree. I just beat the game using every character in classic mode last night. That's right, one freaking evening.
Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is really easy even on hard, but that doesn't prevent it from being the best 2D platformer ever (imo).
Also F-Zero X. It's easy to beat any cup on master with any vehicle.
Crash Team Racing was also really easy to complete 101%. I only had to replay a few courses.
