Favorite Dev's

Who are your favorite game developers? I saw something like this in PToM, where they asked other Dev's this, and here are mine:

Ubisoft- Rainbow Six, Assassins Creed and Far Cry 2 are great games, and they have plenty of awesome ideas

Naughty Dog- So far, they haven't made a bad game, and Uncharted 2 is going to be one of the biggest games this generation

Bungie- They make fun games, and they really seem to care about the gamers by releasing free map packs and tooling Halo 3 for pure fun with friends

Rockstar- The GTA series is one of the best, and most loved, while the Max Payne 3 game looks to redefine what a great shooter should be like

Infinity Ward- The Call of Duty series is great, and MW is one of the most popular games ever. I'm just hoping MW2 can live up to the hype.

Honorable mentions: Zipper, Kojima Productions, Sucker Punch, Epic Games, Nintendo EAD.

Uncharted 1 sucked in my opinion, the only good thing was the visuals. But anyways, my favorite developer is volition, mainly because they always do something a little more than taping a chainsaw and a gun together or manages to wet a shirt and call it a day.

Naughty Dog - Jak was good, Uncharted was great.

Square Enix - Well, Final Fantasy. Nuff said.

Sucker Punch - Sly Cooper was fun. inFamous, epic.

Nintendo EAD- Mario, Zelda, Animal Crossing, Star Fox, F-Zero, etc.

2D Boy- World of Goo and a bunch of free games

Intelligent Systems- Paper Mario, Fire Emblem, Tetris Attack, Advance Wars, etc.

Nintendo (only for Zelda though)

Bioware

Capcom

2001-2004 Blizzard (they where my fav dev but they've gone down hill every year since 2004)

my favourite developers would have to be:

Squaresoft -the old squaresoft that gave us the final Fantasy series and chrono trigger.....square enix...not so much

Game Arts : the people that made Grandia and the lunar series.

Konami : Metal Gear series

Blizzard : Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo.

Sega during the 90s - Sonic, golden axe, Panzer Dragoon, Virtua Fighter, modern sega doesnt compare (even if they made the amazing Valkyria Chronicles)

Capcom - Street Fighter and resident evil series
