Xbox was defenitely my favorite next to ps2 last generation... Graphics were a tid bit better than ps2 but at some points i saw some sort of lag... halo was the best game out of all the consoles in those days and online gameplay was the best.
Of those options Gamecube, but I preferred the PS2; Scratch that I STILL prefer the PS2. I'm beginning to despise the current generation because it's all too competitive and overrated. The caliber of games this generation just outright suck.
I must vote Gamecube, while it had its dry spells, the few gems it had are amazing. However if you were to sk, if between 360 and wii I would pick 360 because the wii has ,prety much, gone casual. Not enough of the gems we have had on Cube to be a good buy. Anyway I'm getting off topic. I vote cube, for me xbox only had Halos, Star wars:kotOR's and Morrwind, the latter is better on pc though.
Xbox had better games overal, Gamecube did have a lot of great games but not as many as the Xbox. When games were multi the Xbox version was almost always better. It also had Xbox Live, the addition of that doesn't even make it a contest.
