Games Discussion Lounge - Express Yourself!

Wow, what on earth is wrong with the posters over on System Wars? It's ridiculously hard to get basic info from people there, and they're always fighting. I know, since it's called that you'd expect some jabbing, but gosh, they're not even remotely friendly to anyone.

I really wish more boards here had higher activity because I am really starting to disapprove of that place.

Don't feel bad, system was is only good just to pestering fanboys but some of the poster over there aren't bad when there not acting like fanboys. For me personally, I hardly make threads over there but do post more when someone makes a thread and trying to stay neutral to the subject. Games Discussion is pretty much the place I like to post since this forum is more friendly and open minded. So don't let system wars get you down, the rule in system wars is to not take it seriously and you'll be find. Also you should look for other forums like PlayStation, Xbox, and also there's Retro Gaming forum if you're into Retro games that is.

@louixiii: I watch some of the videos for DOOM [2015] and man, that game is looking good. Gonna get this on PC day one.

@davillain-: It was so much fun. I was playing until the very end and whoop'n ass at that. My load-out was the sniper rifle and double barrel shotgun. I even gave my shotgun a name...Lucille :D

Whats up everyone!! Just thought I would express myself and introduce myself! I love watching Youtube gaming channels, I also have a gaming channel myself in which I would recommend anyone to do if there passionate! Im new to Game forums but so far i am also loving meeting other gamers and speaking about everyone elses favorites etc. I love free roam games where you can play the game your own way such as the elder scrolls series and the fallouts too!! If anyone wants to talk to me about games I would love it!!!!

Does anybody know release date for sims 4 pets ?

Am I the only one who gets really stressed out playing platforming games? I hate the possibility of losing your footing and falling all the way down, having to start all over again...

I kinda get that depending on the platform game but however, I never let it get to me, if you first don't succeed, try again until you get it right.

I suppose so, but it gets frustrating to a point. It's not so bad when there are save points though.

It's cool, no one get's it right the first time when a game can get a pain in the butt but that's the thing though, keep trying until you get it right. Even when I play fighting games, not even me can get it right when I'm going for a combo set and as a veteran fighting gamer, I still have trouble setting up combos but I do catch on pretty fast.

I figured this would be a good place to share this video. Top 10 games coming out in 2016 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgYdutADocI). Is it just me, or should the new Mirrors edge be in this list?

@c_rakestraw: We could do a monthly lounge about current games we are playing, and a few events going on in a given month.

For example, this month, The Division came out. The International Conference on Game Jams, Hackathons and Game Creation Events 2016 is occurring, tomorrow. The 2016 Game Developers Conference kicks off, tomorrow. It does not need be lengthy; opening posts can be a brief introduction.
