Games with AWESOME character creation/customization.

i played neverwinter nights 2 for the first time today and i loved making my character how i want to!!!

now i want to find other games where you can create your character and it's a action/shooter game please note that.

I'm sorry, but almost every game you can do that with is an RPG. I think there are some online FPS's that allow you to customize your character to a very mild degree, but I've never played them.

City of Heroes.. make whatever superhero you want... best customisation in a game ive ever seen.. :Ddeathstrike00

City of Heroes/Villains have superb character customization, but Star Wars Galaxies is still the top out there.

Saint's Row looks like it does
Oblivion (lol pink hair on orcs)
Probably the NWN games
Probably the Fallout games (I still haven't played them. Am I a bad person?)

And I can't think of any other game.

The TC said that he wanted an action-shooter with character customisation, which rules out ~90% of everything suggested in this thread so far.

Back on topic, check out Deus Ex, System Shock 2, Vampire: Bloodlines and Bioshock (when it comes out). These are all FPS games (Vampire also has third-person elements) with RPG elements.
