Getting banned from PSN because of a hacker in Free For All? (MW2)

I joined a free for all game, and when I sprinted I ran about 100mph, it was like this for everybody. When I got killed, I saw the killcam of the person having wall hacks..I then ran around for a few seconds, then left the game. Will I be banned since I was running super fast like I had a hack?

Everytime I die now the camera zooms far out.

Reminds me of noclip mode in dods/cs...so fun i miss having admin and slapping people.
