The thread in OT titled " Are you annoyed by the double posting glitch" is full of irony.

Hopefully the glitches have stopped. Haven't gotten any double posts while posting in the sports games discussion.

Just finished watching Scarface. One long movie. Reminds me a little bit of Casino for anyone whose seen one or the other, or both:P

It wouldn't be Gamespot without the glitches popping up every so often. :P

I was just playing Bioshock and I came up with one of those "awkward moment" things that appear all over Facebook.

The awkward moment when you're playing Bioshock and you start singing the opening lines of White Wedding.

There were a lot of deleted posts so it wouldn't cluster up the lounge.

Yeah, I realised that. Don't know why, but GameSpot doesn't remove posts from the post count in a thread, just the actual posts themselves.

That's because they aren't being deleted so much as they are being hidden from view. We moderators can still see deleted posts, you see, which means that the post count never changes for us. Hence the thread's unchanged post count.

I don't think you get it. The guys was playing make believe with dolls kissing but he is ultimately alone. lol

Oh and as it turns out getting ME2 is taking every mental bit of nerd strength not to put it in and play till my eyes fall out. I should at least finish RDR before but I don't know...

Also, my communications test turned out to be suprisingly easy. Except there was one problem that was so cheap on the professor's part. We had a question on answering something about perception. All 4 choices were right but we had to pick the one that we went over in class and that was not in the textbook. Seriously?! That's a legitimate question?! That's so ridiculous! Hell it was worth only 2 points but still! How is that fair?!

Anyways, I've got all the tests done and I can go ahead and take my online programming midterm whenever I please, so I might just go ahead and get that done. The rest of the work is all history paper stuff/oral report/book review and some homework assignments and then I'll be back on track :D If I bust my ass I could get it all done tonight and then chill the rest of the week but I don't know if that's really the smartest thing to do in terms of effectiveness of learning the material.

I just figure it creates an awkward situation. People are like "are you asking me out just because it's Valentine's Day or because you actually like me". Plus the competition is a lot stiffer since everyone is in the mood for love. And lastly then you are expected to do something special when you've been dating for six hours. It all seems to add up to a disaster.
