Good Action-RPG's where can NAME your WEAPON?

Preferably I'd like Action-RPG's, also prefer they be based in western culture.

Also, if you can craft it, that'd be awesome, and one requirement is that it isn't a specific sword, but rather a sword that you get on your own that isn't part of the storyline of the game or a big questline.

Fallout 4 and most of modern Elder Scroll games and Two Worlds 2, off of top of my head.

ME2? ME3? I can't remember, maybe my memory is playing games with me. Fallout 4 for sure though.

I'd say Dragon Age inquisition. Try that for some good crafting!
