GTA IV or San Andreas

hello. i have been playing san andreas on 360 for a while now, and im almost done with the game. i was wondering if GTA IV was worth getting for 360 as well. how does it compare to SA? i guess obviously the graphics are alot better, but how about the gameplay? especially since they took out planes. what are your thoughts? thanks!

There are much more stuff to do in San Andreas compared to GTA IV however GTA IV has deeper storylines with a much darker tone. The cars handle superb and 100% better than San Andreas....The missions in GTAIV are similar to the previous GTA titles.....But you really should get GTA IV.....

I like the story of GTA IV, but there was so much more to do in San Andreas.

I would say SA, because it's actually fun to play and CJ doesn't walk like a drunked retard like Niko does. It's hard to get the fun out of GTA4 probably because of the realistic crap which is no fun. Plus there are no jetpacks, airplanes, or tanks... you can control a helicopter but that's about it. The story and graphics in GTA4 may be better but the gameplay suffers I would say.

I don't play SA that much now because I've already played the hell out of it and beat the main story least to say. The graphics are a bit outdated but still the variety of the places there are are hard to forget and everything, and GTA4 is one big boring city....

GTA IV is in the $20 price range now, used of course, I don't see why anyone shouldn't give it a shot, it's one of the best games out there.
