GTA5 online heist, people kept failing

Im doing this Prison Heist finale. First time, we drove to Sandy shores airport, the plane never come for us, second time, as we're driving with the prisoner to the airport, the pilot left. Next time, new group of people, Im the pilot now, people in the prison kept dying. C'mon, its not a hard game.
