SOAD? Lame...
Where's Primus in there? Or get some more Buckethead or some Praxis.

Since when is Bullet For My Valentine cookie-cutter?
since they started releasing music
[QUOTE="Taalon"]Not sure how one could get "bored" of AC/DC. Highway to Hell, TNT, Hells Bells, Thunderstruck -- they've made some truly great songs. Even on Rock Band they have a Creedence song, "Fortunate Son" which is, IMO, one of the greatest songs of all time next to For What it's worth by Buffalo Springfield. This new age rock is such a ... disgrace, IMO.
Just because they're good, catchy songs doesn't mean they should be the only ones in the games. Many people play rythm games for the challenge, and metal gives that challenge. Yes, AC/DC and Lynard Skynard are c-lassics, but I would become bored of them. A lot of people listen to metal, and just because you don't doesn't mean it's bad.

dont get me wrong ac/dc is cool and all.....but come on they use the same damn power cords every song.....thanderstruck makes me laugh....he sounds like he's squeezing his nuts while singing

Buckethead and Primus FTW!
SoaD is cool too...
Metal sucks. What they really need is some Run DMC.

Found it on some IGN Board, its clearly **** but its still a pretty damn good list.
I do find it interesting how this list includes songs that can't be used unless you do something specific to unlock it, this should be something that they do for the GH4
and actually, this makes me think, what would your GH4 setlist be? I'm going to start making my own and post it laterMercenary343
It kinda looks fake
[QUOTE="earthmonkeyyy"]Yes, please no more Killers and anything related.TheDarkDisciple
yeah, aside from crap like that it's a pretty good list.
You guys didn't like "when you were young" on gh3?? That was definately one of my top 10 songs!
I like Highway Star, Surfing with the Alien, and alot of others but I don't think this will be a good list overall but it has alot of good ones that stick out so I hope it is fake because some of those songs I don't feel will be great with full band but if Master of Puppets is there that would be great.
Edit* Looking over it again that is pretty good play list it just needs to replace some songs but it does look great over all.
Master of Puppets, All Right Now, Back in Black, Stairway to Heaven and Thunderstruck?
I've suddenly become interested.
Although, it could be fake, as AC/DC have been reluctant to let their songs be released on these types of games.
Achilles last stand - Led Zepplin
Holy F they read my mind. thats my favorite led Zepplin song. Take that, Stairway to Heaven!
Stairway to Heaven is still on that list it is just unlockable, also my favorite Zeppelin song is Dazed and Confused all 25 minutes of the Live version, Misty Mountain Hop, Trampled under foot, and Battle of Evermore.Achilles last stand - Led Zepplin

Confirmed fake by me, wanna know why?
"Four bands have been confirmed thus far for the game--Van Halen, The Eagles, Linkin Park and Sublime--with Neversoft noting that all songs within the game will be master tracks provided by record labels."
I see no Linkin park, or Van Halen.....pretty stupid on who ever created it's fault, they should've at least taken that into account before making a fake setlist.
[QUOTE="Epak_"]What we need is an all metal GH (maybe GH5 :)) I give a plus for ATG and Immortal.beast667That would be way better than Aerosmith GH. Who approved that?
Id hit it
I'm upset with these setlists lately, GHIII's was okay, I loved at least 10 songs on there and now there's only like 5 I would be interested in. :( Why can't they add a feature where you can put your own songs on here? Awww. :(

Thats a good idea! Every time you start a career you choose E.G. 40 songs to play and have to pass at least 35!
And for you they should put in Children of Bodom;)
Some great songs in there and some horrible ones too. Master Of Puppets, Floods, Tornado Of Souls, Achilles Last Stand and Angel Of Death are all kinds of win. However I don't see Angel Of Death making it into a mainstream video game considering its extreme lyrical content, Led Zepplin and Ac/Dc want nothing to do with the Guitar Hero series, and the game is still several months away so this list is teh fake.GodModeEnabled
Yeah songs about a mad Nazi scientist performing experiments on death camp prisoners might not be appropriate for a T Rated game.

Incubus are NOT a cookie-cutter band, they are awesome.

My thoughts exactly. Im one of the biggest slayerheads around but I dont see AoD being a suitable song for a mainstream game..... same as a lot of their stuff. I vote- Seasons In The Abyss :DHOLY CRAP!
It's so not true but damn, this would be the by far greatest track list in any GH yet if it somehow would be true.
