EDGE, UK. But they're so inconsistent and abstract that it doesn't really matter.

Edge magazine, I am very restrained in my usage of this word but 'pretentious' springs to mind when I read their reviews. The mag has some great features and columnists (Mr Biffo is a legend!) but I sometimes wonder if they enjoy playing games at all, sure being critical in order to push gaming as an art form is necessary, but Edge are a little too stringent. Plus the recent Halo 3 sycophancy made me ill...

I stick to GamesTM for my review scores, they have a positive air about them whilst still being rigorously honest.

only subscription i have apart from gamespot is gamesTM, is a good mag with great articles, plus they once had an article about how it was impossible to have an unbias review and stuff, and they are really honest cause, like gamespot they state the review is just thier opinion, are refreshingly honest about that.

Edge really is the harshest i have come across, and go for all the critics darling games at times....
